The dealer was straightforward and upfront throughout the entire process. The vehicle details were listed accurately, so there was no room for misunderstanding. asked if the price was negoitable (at the time it was listed at $18,995) they said they have the lowest price in the area for the lexus,did not come down on price, now it is listed at $17,995. The said they have a state manatory doc fee which is not true. I researched it and the law says the doc fee is allowed but not required and the maxmium allowed is $500 or LESS. Which means they are charging the max for doc fee.

Very unprofessional I would never recommend this dealer to anyone, test drove the car on a Friday loved it , told them I would be back on Monday , made arrangements with my bank to send them a check also on Monday, on Saturday got a message saying they had sold the car, I very disappointed, I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

They responded to me quickly, advised me that they did not work with the finance company that I got prequalified with, but sent me a link with the companies that they work with. I filled out the paperwork sent it to them and they got back to me very quickly to let me know if I was approved or not. They are very friendly very helpful.

Isn’t helpful and only provides bad info about the car which was that its listed for sale in Maryland but you can’t buy it in Maryland because there’s no cats and they don’t know how to set a factory tune on it so they can put a stock exhaust on.

Awesome group of people! They treated me well, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Ultimately, what won out between this dealership and another one in Ohio was the customer service. Those things still matter today, and Julio and Erin did not let me forget that I was a valued customer whether I purchased a car or not. Luckily, it was a happy ending for us all! 10/10 would buy from them again, and I live in Texas so that should tell you something.

Communication was terrible called to let them know I was coming at 9:30 Saturday. I got there and the car was dirty and the battery was dead. Terminal was loose, sales person was unable to repair. Took tools and fixed it for him. Jump started and test drove. Car shimmied at 50 mph. Listing accuracy was good. I called and told them I absolutely wanted the car on Monday, sale person said no problem, it would be ready on Wednesday because he would be off Tuesday. Filled out financial paperwork on Monday. Called Wednesday afternoon and he had not seen it in his inbox. Dealer was unable to deliver financing as promised because the vehicle was a 2006. I agreed to a much larger deposit and needed a day to get paystubs as I had just changed jobs. I got the bank check, emailed all paystubs, expecting to pick the car up Friday night and was then told that they had sold the car that morning. The sales person told me that I should have moved faster.

A great experience. Unlike going to most dealers it was short, pressure-free, and friendly. Would highly recommend. I inquired about a car late on a Sunday night, when the dealership was closed. Heard back from the dealership early the next day. Had a brief conversation about the car, did a quick financing application. Had the salesman send me a bill of all the costs and charges. Scheduled a test drive for the following day. Everything went as you would hope, not as you would expect. You expect to sit at the dealership and be plied with options or addons until your exhausted. Not at Motorworld. Went in, asked if I wanted options A, B, and C, no thank you. That was that. Everyone wore a mask. Hand sanitizer was available and encouraged. I wound up with a new (to me) car, the best recommendation I could give.

I purchased the 2015 accord. Unbeknownst to the dealership or myself it had a Honda defect known to Honda. I brought the vehicle back the next business day they satisfied the issue they fixed it immediately and correctly. They stood behind their small initial warranty, and that is after I choose not to buy the extended warranty. Positive experience overall I would highly rate Motorworld.

I have not visited or bought anything from this dealer. My review is based strictly on telephone and online contact. I did purchase a car from this dealer. They do not negotiate very much so be prepared to pay their asking price. After I purchased my car I had an issue with a brake light and which they did fix the light at no charge.

Dealership was pushy and salesperson couldn't answer any of my questions. Then would not take my payment over the phone or a personal check even with all the loan paperwork. I drove 3 hours to look at this car. I ended up cancelling the loan and not getting the car I liked.

This small used-car dealer in Frederick had the exact year Honda Pilot I was looking for. The car was in perfect shape and the sales staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. I bought the car after a test drive, although they wouldn't budge on the price. Given comparable cars, this was a good deal on a good car. Debbie, the sales manager, was very helpful and Morgan, the sales person, had contacted me almost immediately after my inquiry through Car Gurus. I put a (non-refundable) deposit on the car and arranged my own credit union financing, though they had good finance rates. The whole paperwork thing to finalize the deal took less than an hour. Motorworld has well cared-for, quality used cars. If they have what you're looking for, I recommend them.

I contacted Motorworld through CarGuru and got a timely response from a Sales Associate, Morgan. Morgan was friendly and professional in our emails and calls. I set an appointment and when I arrived the car was up front, ready to go and warmed up. It was COLD out so having the car ready was a bonus. I tested four like vehicles at four different dealerships before purchasing from Motorworld. If you are looking for a Used Car Dealer and Sales Associate that is courteous and pays attention to details, I recommend Morgan at Motorworld.

I had a good experience. Debbie and Morgan were very welcoming. The test drive allowed me to go local and on the highway. The process was simple. Excellent customer service, up front pricing, and an inventory of great cars. I selected this dealership from CarGurus based on their wide range of vehicles that were in good condition and competitively priced. They did not disappoint! Debbie also offered me help returning my rental car, and worked with me on a delayed insurance settlement, taking a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Overall great experience, and will be back when it is time to purchase used again.

My experience at Motorworld was GREAT. Debbie Hefty was wonderful. She was very professional. I was unsure of many of the logistics of buying a car, despite it not being my first time. She did an amazing job of gently guiding me and answering all of my questions. She shared some of her favorite memories she had from her first van, as I was buying another van for our family. Everyone at this dealership was very, very nice and welcoming. I would absolutely buy another car from Motorworld and highly recommend Debbie!

It was a pleasure working with Motorworld in Frederick MD. Debbie is an outstanding Sales Manager. I also had the pleasure of working with the owner Tarek during the purchase process. Debbie was able to juggle an already busy appointment schedule to fit me in, as I had to travel nearly 70 miles. This coupled with a complex loan process from my vendor required a lot of flexibility by both parties. This was delivered in spades. As a woman that worked in dealerships in the past, I have seen it all good and bad. Derrick responded to my email quickly and I drove 2 hours to see my new Tahoe. After seeing many in Virginia, I knew that Maryland inspections are extremely particular. This vehicle was nearly immaculate for being 11 years old! I was greeted with a smile and hand shake. Derrick quickly got the key and we were on our test drive. He told me of what was fixed in order to pass inspection which I loved. I reviewed the Carfax that he provided and the deal was set. By far the BEST vehicle and PRICE of all I looked at. If I could give the dealer and salesman more than 5 Stars I would! Thanks again Derrick! It was a great experience.

I had a great experience dealing with the team at Motorworld. I have bought many cars in my life and have to say that my experience with the staff at Motorworld has been the best. From under market "no haggle" pricing of their vehicles, to the large high quality selection of desired vehicles and their 132 point onsite inspection and repair, this, by far, was the best place I have ever bought from. I ended up buying a 535i BMW and am extremely happy with my choice. Most dealerships in this area are of questionable quality and experience but you can be reassured that the professionalism and expedient experience at Motorworld will make you a customer for life. I purchased this car. The Debbie, the owner and other employees are all very nice and professional people. The prices are very competitive and Debbie was a pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a car and I felt good about the experience. They also detailed the car for me before I left the lot. I would recommend. The only small thing is that they're a little far from my house, but it was worth the trip :)
