Kurt was very helpful
Not a good experience. I was talking to the dealership for Taycan and I was ready to buy
only for the sales rep to tell me the vehicle had a title issue and he was going to get back to
me the next day because his manager was going to fix the issue. Only to discover that the
vehicle was sold and I was just being lied to and sprung along.

Contacted dealer with two specific questions, I got
5 responses from Matt Korzatkowski, about wanting
to join me on my journey of my new car search,
no response to why the radio needed to be
checked by a Ford dealership, & no answer on the
question about cracked bolts, just 5 responses
that the car is available. When I would try to
respond to their email, it puts you on the block list,
so you cannot email this dealership, after trying to
get my questions answered for a week I gave up.

The dealer contacted me in a timely manner the following business day. Unfortunately, the car sold earlier the same day. The dealer did
nothing wrong; I just hadn't anticipated that the car would be that popular. If they get something similar in the future, I'd definitely want to do
business with them.

Beware of hidden fees. My quote included Zurich Shield ceramic coating for $1995. When I asked the salesperson said "its a cermaic based coating we apply to all of our vehicles". Does this mean that every vehicle on their lot is underpriced by $1995? They were able to quickly give me an updated quote reducing the fee by $700, however the remaining fees still totalled over $2500 which is is 5 times what I ended up paying at a comparable Toyota dealership. I can also relate to the other reviewers who were told that the list price was not negotiable.

Refuses to negotiate on a car thatâs overpriced
by $8000 even by CarGurus. Iâve been trying
to negotiate with this dealer since the early
part of June on this car, they refused to
negotiate. So in that case I donât see them
worth my while. Or anyoneâs time

I wanted to buy a car from this dealer, it cost $19898. After a test drive, they tried to sell me an additional warranty worth about $1800. I tried to refuse, but they said that this is a necessary condition for the purchase! Bad impression! I do not recommend!!

Initial contact when I called was friendly and positive. I was sent information on the car and asked for a walk around video if available, I was told I would be sent one, that never happened.
I mentioned a possible trade and sent photos and VIN of my car as requested and again, no response or follow-up on value or possibility of trade. After sending another email to ask about status, it was radio silence. No email, no call, no texts.
Not sure why the communication was dropped on this, but I will continue my search elsewhere it seems.

Sales person very nice on the phone, didnt want to talk much on price over the phone, better deal face to face. Then mention that msrp is the price, no moving off that? Then what better po rice face to face except wasting time. I would of bought if they bargained like others do
