Overall solid experience and Tim was easy to work with. There are a couple things that I need to have
checked out at the dealer now that the car is received. The active brake and blind spot assist
functions are inoperable (error messages upon startup) and the car has tinted windows which
apparently are not legal in CA. I wish I had a heads up on these items during the purchase but
understand the car is used.

There was a lot of confusion on the condition of this vehicle (vibrations) and if it did come equipped with remote start. I had 4 people contact me but all gave me different answers. I needed up going somewhere else. I think this dealership focuses more on new vehicle purchases

once it came time to wire the money for the car they added a 2500 "paint protector" that was required. When I questioned them about this they ghosted me and raised the price of the car.

The dealer contacted me. I asked if the price listed was the best price. I told them I would be paying cas if I decided to purchase the car. They said that it’s a single price dealership and the price is the price. I’m old school from the 70’s when I bought my first car and I feel single price isn’t always the best price.

Purchased a vehicle from them today. 5 star service all around. Greg, my salesman, wasn’t pushy, was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made the process smooth and easy. Even his sales manager was just a solid all around person. Her and I were able to come to a quick favorable agreement for both sides and there was no back and forth like you get at most dealerships. Even the financing was smooth. You can definitely tell they are well skilled at what they do, and they don’t need to play games. I will be shopping here first going forward. Literally drove off in my car in less than 60 min at the dealership.

Dealership l communicated with me in a decent amount of time and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was nicely detailed and ready for me upon my arrival. The test drive was a pleasant experience and the salesman offered as much information as he could given that the car I was interested in was not a Cadillac. The on-site experience is your typical run of the mill car dealership experience though long waits and back and forth with the Sales Manager. Overall I really appreciate this dealership it wasn’t as bad as some of my previous experiences with car buying. There is room for improvements and I would recommend them.

I must say this was a wonderful car buying experience. I came to Motor Werks looking for a 2017 Escalade and ended up
getting a 2020 Escalade. Now how did that happen? The 2017 Escalade did not have everything I wanted on it.
I ended up going to another dealership. I decided to stop looking at 2017s a move forward onto the 2020s. I didn't like the
terms of other dealerships. I was thinking about going back to Motor Werks to give them a shot on 2020, and what do you
know? Rick called me out of the blue to check on me. I made it known that I was now interested in 2020. I told Rick my
terms and what the other dealership was offering. Not only did I get a 2020 Escalade, but Motor Werks gave me a better
discount and top-notch service. Upon arrival, the vehicle was waiting for me. Herb and Izabella took good care of me.
Rick (manager) and the entire team made sure it was a smooth process. Claudiu Timofta seal the deal and made it a
smooth process when it came down to the financing.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I live about 3 hours away from the dealership so I was doing everything with them through text, phone and email. Everything went fine at first but then they started to push me off because there were a lot of people who were physically in the showroom. 1 day of this I can understand and forgive, but it happened multiple times. By the time they got around to me, which was after I finally sent a text saying it was nice of them to run our credit and ghost us, THEY RAISED THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. They then proceeded to argue with me back and forth for like 20 mins. via text. They tried to offer me about $340 more for my trade in and lowered my interest rate a smidge which literally did nothing. Then they texted me a few days later and asked if I was still interested...insane. This place is SHADY!! They will lower your credit score and then leave you on read. Stay AWAY! Stefan Petrovic and John Phelan have provided the worst experience ever.

We understand it can be disappointing when a deal does not work out as one hoped. Vehicle pricing changes as the market value changes. This can be an increase or decrease. In this case it was an increase. A vehicle remains for sales until a buyers agreement is signed and payment secured. I was an out of state buyer and they would only offer me a 24 hour deposit hold (after manager approval) that made the process difficult. Ironically, another identical vehicle popped up over the holiday weekend at the same price, lower miles and cleaner Carfax and they did accept deposits and were willing to hold the car for me over the remainder of the holiday weekend.

They are intentionally advertising this vehicle as a model it is not. I offered proof direct from Shelby that this is not a Baja 700 model and they actually stated they are not interested, and will continue to list as they have it despite it not being accurate. It is a 500hp Shelby Raptor, so it does not have the upgraded suspension and produces 200hp less than advertised. But, Rick was very polite when dealing with him.

Got an email saying that congratulated me & said they were going to work with me on putting a financial loan together. Then I call the next day & they tell me I was denied. I think that's pretty crappy.

I inquired about a 21year old 1996 Cadillac Deville base model . It had very low mileage for the year. The price that Motor Werks Cadillac was asking was double of what the NADA value was. I believe in fair market value and evidently Motor Werks Cadillac doesn’t. I offered to give them cash money at NADA price value on the high side. My offer was declined. The dealership in my opinion feels that if they have a car that’s a little bit rare then they don’t have to be fair.

Dearler was good in contacting me. When I pointed out that the
less than 8 mo old caddy had been in the shop and per GM it was
bought back by GM. Salesperson stated he was not aware of that
and would get back to me. Never heard from him again, bought an
XT5 platinum from another dealer.

Frank is one of the worst sales representatives you'll ever
meet, he said first come first serve and when I got there
someone else was already looking at the car. which was
fine. but he asked me do I have a certain amount for a
down payment I said no. He then went back to his
customers and kept me waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes
and in between telling me to hold on. I finally see the
Porter pull the car away and he was the one to tell me the
car sold and he told me enough about how bad the
service is here and called Frank and the owner enough
names. even after the car was sold he couldn't even tell
me that, I drove an hour over there to look at this car and
he treacted me like garbage. do not buy from this
dealership

The sales person was not pushy they had a lot of vehicles to choose from. few vehicles that I found on sites like CarGurus unbelievably disappeared when I went to look for them at the dealer. I would probably give them another chance but if you're looking on their site and there's a vehicle there ask for the exact vehicle when you get there otherwise they'll direct you to something else.

I haven't even had the vehicle for two weeks and I am on my third repair. The dealer stated they went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and they would fix the tire. Tire was not fixed, just aired up. I had to fix the break light. But more importantly, I have over $1,000 repair to replace the shocks because the sensor wires were corroded and one side was broke. Not a happy camper to say the least!

The Internet Sales Manager immediately responded via email and
phone. She provided the CarFacts report which I had requested,
and we scheduled a test drive for 11/26. Unfortunately, they
discovered problems with the car prior to the test drive. I am very
grateful that they contacted me in advance so that I didn't travel
out there. I was encouraged to take a look at their website to
determne whether there were other vehicles in which I was
interested. Very professional operation!

Dealership was responsive, actually I was contacted by 4 different employees from the dealership, which made it very confusing, the car was overpriced on cargurus by over $2,500., I made a respectful offer, which after much haggling & wasted time they were not willing to accept.
