The dealer was very responsive and I ended up buying a different car from them. Tim was helpful and knowledgeable, addressed my concerns satisfactorily, and made the buying experience pleasant for me during a high-anxiety time after I wrecked my previous car. He even helped ease the rental return process by driving me to drop off my rental car after the sale.

I asked them a specific question - Which was do you deliver?
And they responded back with a generic answer that said the vehicle is still available and you can come down and see the vehicle as it's still available.
Not a very helpful answer, so I'm not sure how I write that so I gave it a three.

Everyone at Motor City was very helpful and informative about the vehicle I
purchased. I really love my new vehicle and they were willing to work with
me on the final cost, I feel that I got a great deal. My salesman Tom was
very personable and helpful.
It was my intentions to purchase this vehicle, Had the deal signed and awaiting final cleaning n such, however the attitude of the salesman revolted me enough to change my mind and I
purchased elsewhere.. In response to my criticism of “after the sale” price additions and fees, I was only told that “I can always change my mind and they can return my deposit!” I informed them the following morning that I had decided to take him up on the salesman’s “offer” and am still, 5 days later, awaiting the return of my deposit, about which they are being as non-cooperative as possible.
Two separate individuals made it very clear that they were not overly concerned with losing my business and failing to be respectful enough to deserve patronage.. I was direct but not disrespectful, as I feel such serious purchases and business circumstances deserve.. There are plenty of RESPECTABLE deslers.. Seeking elsewhere..

I emailed them interested in car asked them 4 price and some pictures . They emailed me back with price no pictures . car dealer asked me when I can come and c car , it's a 45 minute ride from my home . I emailed them a second time asking them 4 pictures .I got same response when can I go 2 c car .I emailed 4 a third time asking 2 c some pictures . I have had not heard from them since ; can't stop thinking what r they hiding or r they trying 2 get me on lot 2 sell me something else that's has happen b4 with another dealer ship
