This review is misleading and does not reflect the actual situation. The individual leaving this review never purchased the vehicle. The car had already been fully inspected and the necessary repairs were completed prior to being offered for sale.

After bringing the vehicle to a third-party inspection, a list of additional recommendations totaling over $6,000 was presented. Many of these were optional suggestions rather than required repairs. Based on that list, the reviewer demanded a large price reduction that would have required us to sell the vehicle at a loss. We do not and will not sell vehicles below our cost simply because someone wants a deeper discount.

When we declined to lose money on the vehicle, the individual chose to leave a negative review. Posting reviews in an attempt to pressure a business into selling below cost or to damage a company’s reputation because a price negotiation did not go your way is not a fair representation of what occurred.

We stand behind the condition of our vehicles and conduct business transparently. Unfortunately, not every negotiation results in a deal, and in this case the expectations simply did not align.

Regardless, we wish you good luck in finding your next vehicle but we are not a business who entertain low balling customers.
