Crappy experience overall. Still waiting on my car to be delivered and its been just about 1 week since I bought it.
When i called to inquire about vehicle they said it was in service as it had "sparkplugs" issue, i asked if i could come it and they said yes, but when I got there they told me it was head gasket issues and they didnt know when they would fix it.. i drove more than 1.5 hours, they could just have told me real issue up front and would have saved me long trip.
I worked with Julian and he was great. The car had been pulled into the garage and washed before I arrived, which was great because it was very cold outside and looking the car over was much easier inside. The test drive was great and Julian was very up-front about the condition of the car.

My experience with Motor Cars Mitsubishi went well. They took their time and were very patient with me. Answered all my questions and concerns. The vehicle was ready for me at the end of the finance process.
By far the worst experience I've had purchasing a vehicle! I bought a 2024 BMW X5 M60i for my wife, and due to being out of state we had the vehicle shipped. Upon delivery I immediately took it for a drive to pick up my daughter from school. After driving 2 miles it died and left me stranded on the side of the road. I had to have it towed to our local BMW dealership where it stayed for nearly 2 weeks before getting it back. They confirmed that there were multiple stored fault codes in the computer. The day of the break down I immediately contacted the dealership and my sales person Jimmy (he was great, and felt extremely bad) he said he has referred this to the owner Eddie. After several days of Eddie not returning calls or texts, he finally sent me a text in response. Verbatim his text said "Stuff happens, and its out of our hands!" He was the most arrogant unprofessional individual I've ever worked with and refused to discuss the situation or find a resolution. It was my problem now!

I was asked by Ghaith to send images, mileage and vin so they could make me offer. I was able on Saturday. Once I did I was sent text message for finance website. I live out of state and never purchased a vehicle other than directly from a dealership: Let me say, from this point I was so irritated. I was texted a “bill of sale” it was at that point the loan payment on bill of sale was just shy of a house payment. Didnt disclose who lender would be and when I inquired about wiggle room in price I was told by Ghaith, that’s a fair price and our prices are fixed, sorry we don’t make deals. So, within 15/20 min of applying and having my credit now flawed, I now am told the price of car is non-negotiable. If I’d known or seen that on website I wouldn’t have never further inquired about the car NOR applied for finance and ding my credit. It was sorry about your bad luck from Ghaith, which translates to money hungry and less about working with me to purchase bmw.

John was ok until he wasn't. Scott was ok. Then the next day we called and asked to negotiate the price lower. The response we got was that the car was sold, but the ad is still posted on here and with a slightly lower price. So they didn't sell it. They could've been honest and just said they couldn't go lower. They didn't need to lie.

Best customer service
3000 miles more than advertised on odometer in 3 months on lot. Owner is "driving it to and from work 5 miles"
but almost every time I called to schedule an appointment the car was out with the owner or gone for weekend.
Factory equipment missing. They showed the car full of mcdonalds wrappers and with iphone cords still
plugged into back from owners kids. Vehicle getting driven like it isn't for sale.

I was in the market to purchase a used vehicle and trading in my car. I was told that they
would be flexible on my trade in value. When talking about the out door price they
miscalculated the sales tax on everything so even after they made an adjustment to my
trade in they were trying to get me to agree to a price that was higher than what the
actual out the door price was supposed to be and trying to make it sound like they were
giving me a deal. Once I pointed that out they told me that the price had increased. Bait
and switch.

This dealership was quick to respond and was helpful in providing information about the vehicle in question. The place was well kept and in great condition--customer service at the location was great. Bargaining was a bit heated, but eventually the dealer met us with a fair deal for the car, and I made a purchase. All around good experience, would recommend.
I am unable to write a full review, but here is a brief overview:
Tried to scam me out of 6,000 at first and failed. Successfully scammed me out of ~700 in the
end. Sold me a car that was not in a condition as described. Car was listed as one owner and
it was a 2 owner car. A deal that was supposed to take a few days to complete, took 3 weeks
to complete. Multiple titling and clerical errors delaying process even more. This location
apparently doesn’t have any managers that work there, none will speak to you. Make sure you
know your stuff if you decide to do business with Max Madsen, or they will take you for quite a
ride.

Great experience with the salesman Jim Miller. Great team that works well with clients and I would love to work with them again in the future.
I wrote to them making an offer on a vehicle. The salesman responded that it was a great offer. When I asked a few more follow up questions, the salesman then told me the car was for sale at the listed price, which was higher than my offer. I don't know why he wasted my time and mislead me.

Very unpleasant experience. They tried to tack on extra finance charges and when I questioned them about that they refused to give me a straight answer. When I found another vehicle that interested me, I could not get anyone to return my call. Multiple emails, multiple text messages, and multiple voicemails went unanswered. When I finally went to a different dealership, That is when I realized that the finance charges were bogus. I found a similar car, for the same price, financed by the same bank and my payments were $150 less per month. How is that even possible?! Avoid at all costs!

They did not seem ready to sell a used car that had been on
their lot for 100 days. Did not even attempt to negotiate a deal.
Nor did they attempt to negotiate with $ for a trade. Took my
business to Another dealer. I ended up paying a little more
than I originally wanted but they REALLY did what it took to sell
a car and negotiate!

Price listed is not the real price. They are adding another $1400 for
dealer add on's and then another $800 or so for taxes. Very deceptive

lowering the price. The sales manager did get back to me asking if
I was contacted by the sales team, so that was a plus I asked him
the same question if
they could sharpen the pencil on the price -I have yet to hear back
