I called a day ahead to make sure they still had the car. When I got there nobody acknowledged me and the owner walked right near me to get by to another car and said nothing. I asked ab the 335i and I was given the key and I went to go start the car and the battery was dead. Understandable because the car sat for a while. We got the jumper pack and tried about 10 times to start the car. Never started, wasted the trip.

They were very quick and very professional got my very first car on Saturday they cleaned it up and put air in the tires and we’re even nice to put gas in the car.

Fine, to the dealership personally doesn't do financial assistance, which for me a 1st time car buyer thought was off but eh... It wasn't meant to be be for this car ;-; I really wanted this one..

There were a lot of mixed reviews on this place but I reached out anyway to look at a Saab they had. Mo responded by e-mail promptly each time and invited me to come by and look at as well as test drive the car. I arranged a time and showed up about 20 minutes early. The facility is basically a large warehouse filled with used cars in very good condition. When I entered an employee asked me if he could help. I pointed at the Saab which was in a corner that I had come to see this. He told me to look it over and start it if I wished. 5 minutes later Mo came over introduced himself, let me know the car had heated seats and told me he'd move a few cars to let me test drive it. The car drove well and Mo spent time with me discussing details on both the car and their operation. No pressure at all, very comfortable situation. As it turns out we ended up buying a car from a different place but I'd give Moto Zone a look again in the future.

I worked with Muhannad and the experience was exceptional from start to finish? We did the whole deal online in a series of emails. Being from Oshkosh, Wisconsin I didn't know what to expect. What I found when I arrived was a small warehouse with nothing but exceptionally detailed low mileage cars. This place is a gem! I would buy my next car there in a heartbeat! Easiest car buying experience I've ever encountered.

Reason why I didn't buy it,, it had a moldy smell to it, but these guys are nice and easy to talk to
