There seems to be a lot of AI involved in the buying process. You never communicate with the same sales person more than once. So there is no continuity in the process. You are always starting over with a different contact, so no progress is made.

They never contacted me back after the first call regarding the car I was interested in and no longer interested in dealing with them. They weren’t rude...just didn’t seem that they cared.

The vehicle we went to test drive actually had almost 80,000 miles on it instead of 17,886 which changed the cars rating from a great deal to overpriced and wasted our time. The listing we saw had went uncorrected for over 113 days.

They were awesome and worked with us as we lived in a different state. They were able to have it in pick up condition within a few days and made sure we did not waste a trip to come home empty handed! Would definitely recommend them!

Dealer responded. However, they could not get me pictures of the vehicle, stating that the vehicle was still in the reconditioning process. They asked if I wanted to come to the dealership and see the vehicle, but I told them that I wanted to see pictures first. I have not heard from them since, and have purchased a vehicle from another dealer.
