I bought my 2018 Ram 3500 used from this dealer. Great truck. But here was my experience:
1. They quoted but did not include delivery in the agreement. So they tried to hit me after I’d signed and giving my down payment for $1200. Just to get the deal done, I agreed to pay 50%.
2. I was then informed they were replacing ball joints (wasn’t aware they were needed) and tires. Ok not an issue but instead of receiving it Tuesday it was Friday. No big deal, just a delay.
3. Here’s the issue. Truck showed up with no paperwork at all at about 3 PM. Ok, fine. I have to get back to work but called the dealership for paperwork. They were mailing it (not sure why they didn’t send it). Regardless once I’m off work I fire it up and it’s throwing codes - ABS, traction control, and 4 wheel drive won’t work. So short story I replaced the wheel speed sensor ($90) myself. Now waiting on a copy of the title because they didn’t do a VIN verification before they delivered the truck.

Dealer is the worst type of dealer. Advertised pricing is in accurate. Dealer would not provide OTD for the truck. Dealers like this should not exist. Transparency is mandatory for my business.
