Once the dealership offered me a trade-in value that was thousands less than had received from others, I politely told them that there would be no sale. I received many follow up texts trying to convince me to accept an offer that was well below KBB, including telling me that there offer was good for sale or trade-in - as if that made a difference. I felt like they treated me as if I were a young kid uneducated in sales and they could talk me into a bad deal if they just pestered me enough.

The team at Mosaic made purchasing my DREAM CAR easier than I could have ever imagined. Working with Isaac and Jesse was incredibly easy, there was great communication and they were able to answer every question I had and gave me great assurance as I live in Michigan and made a substantially long distance purchase. I wish I lived closer so that I could work with this dealership in person, but I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle as they made my purchase very simple with absolutely no worries! And I can’t even say enough about the car, I am 100% in love!!

Great communication

Salesman was good to work with. Price was negotiable. There are no included coverages (powertrain, electronic, etc..) without purchase of additional coverage. When financing, there offer(s) were not the best. Will be refinancing through my own bank.

Lost a sale was ready to buy and waited for over a week. I gave the dealer my prove I was willing to pay which was in the market range and never even got a denial of proposal or a counter offer, week after I made a purchase, they lowered below what I had offered. Lost my sales.

I thought I had a deal, settled on a price, and had all paperwork in order. But they sold it. I was very disappointed, especially when I told them that I was from out of state and wanted to do this deal online. When I asked why, they told me that it was first come, first buy. This made no sense to me because I thought it was my deal they were going with. I wouldn’t of wasted my time if they were not going to sell the vehicle to me unless I was in person.

They were quick to respond and communicated well. Alice sent me all the extra information I asked for and kept me informed about my vehicle throughout the buying process.

Got back to me promptly and answered my questions. Very cordial and helpful.
