Not sure if they want to sell cars or not. Gotta walk in the door just to get a out the door price. I was interested in vehicle and I knew what all I needed in order to purchase that said vehicle but they said I needed to come up to dealer and give a signature just to find out the vehicles vin number and the 5digit number to purchase car. So im giving a rating of 3 out of 5 for the run around

Trent went above and beyond for me, even when he was sick he had someone else send me a video of a car I was looking for. He was not pushy just kept me up to date. I live out of town, but will definitely stay in touch with Trent on finding my vehicle.

Did receive e-mails asking me to call them. They apparently were unaware of the car that I had inquired about a price via Car Guru. The e-mail was general in nature and listed several different trim levels (I was only interested in the SX). Their on line listed prices were above others that I was looking at and so didn't make the call. Not sure what their price may have been in negotiation.
