Great dealer! Probably the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a car. No funny business- good price and seemed HONEST!

I drove over 2 hours to look at the GMC
terrain. When I arrived there the
salesperson was with another customer.
I took the test drive and was probably
going to make the purchase. Even
though I had limited contact with sales
rep. She told me I could leave deposit
and they would hold to Saturday so wife
could look at it. While waiting for
salesperson to finish with customer for
2 hours I talked to manager. Sales
manager was cocky and said they
couldn't hold car? He made me feel like
he was doing me a favor selling me a
car. That he had someone coming the
next day to see it. After talking to him he
got me so aggravated I left without
putting deposit down. Next day surprise
surprise the other person didn't show. I
believe he was just trying to push this
sale. Long story short I bought a better
car from a dealership that appreciated
my business. Wouldn't go back to
Morganton Honda if it was the last
dealership left!!!! Was a big waste of day
and drive!!!! Doesn't deserve the 1 star.

Great people and I was in an out in a flash. Jay was fantastic. Was about an hour away from where I live. Set up a time to get there and Jay had the vehicle ready for me to look at as soon as I arrived. No hassles or gimmicks, just a solid, family run dealership. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Andrew was very helpful mileage was not correct and to me the car could have been cleaner overall I am very pleased with my car/truck and I have never got my paperwork on vehicle

The dealership contacted me soon after my inquiry and again when the vehicle was sold to another buyer. The agent was very courteous and offered help with finding another vehicle that would meet my needs.

Rude and they treat you like you are stupid. They didn't care anything about selling me a car. They didn't even try to get close to where I wanted to be on my payments. They just kept arguing with me about it. They offered me a price but magically on the deal sheet was a different higher price. They were supposed to fix those numbers and get back to me but they never did!! I was really interested in that car too. Very disappointing!!

We worked with Chuck, and he was amazing! He was very helpful and informative, and made sure to go out of his way to make sure we were happy. He even called to check on me and make sure I was loving the car a few days after we purchased it! It was a wonderful dealership and people to work with!!! I couldn’t be happier.
I gave an offer for a 2015 GTI that was already $400 above market ...The price of GTI was 19500 and should be 19100 ...I gave an offer of 17800 which is $1700 below the over market of 19500 ...They come back saying that is $2800 Im asking off ...That means that $19500 plus the $1700 would make the car deal $21200 ....That is a doc fee rip off bonanza ...They would be making a huge profit and research Doc fees , Doc fees are PURE profit and should have a cap in NC ...My offer was reasonable and they acted like I was crazy and had no intentions of dealing with me further ...Just emailing me that they will deal when I get MY math straight and was quite patronizing ...Anyway I saved me from a long drive and apparent no hope of a good deal for a car that will be 4 years old ...Do your homework and be patient and find a dealership that is reasonable in their doc fees .

Persistent and responsive but not overly aggressive. The complimentary delivery is worth noting. Purchased vehicle from different dealer due to price though. They were my runner up based on customer service.

I bought the car and am happy with the purchase.
But, I do not like the practice of adding on a "document fee", and I would not
have made the purchase---at least, not at that time---if the dealer had not
negotiated down substantially.
Wanted car and asked for getting loan and never heard from them again. Then i had to call them back and tell them i had loan for car just to find out car was put on hold by someone else if they would have told me on monday i needed to put money on to hold i would be driving that car
