Was very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this dealership.
Was told by the Mgr that they would hold this vehicle for me until Saturday (because I’m 2-1/2 hrs away) so I could test drive AND they didn’t have the vehicle on lot anyway (even if I could’ve come earlier in the week)
Upon follow up about requested interior pictures, I was informed that unfortunately someone bought “sight unseen” so it’s no longer available. Had I not reached out about pictures, I very well may have made the drive only to find out that the vehicle being held for me was already sold.
Communication & integrity were definitely lacking in my personal experience.

Terrible experience, they set me up a VIP appointment to look at a vehicle i was interested in & told me it was available, i drove 3 hours to get there, along the way receiving 2 text messages to confirm i was running on schedule, i arrived on time & never got to speak with the salesman I was supposed to meet due to another salesman telling me the vehicle was already sold! No explanation, no I’m sorry, no nothing, I specifically asked was it still available before I drove 3 hours to look at it & I had planned on purchasing the vehicle. Very bad experience!

Salesman was attentive and didn't pressure me into a sale. Met the finance manager who assured me of the price
verification for the Titan I came to look at. They followed up with a phone call to let me know of some other dealer
extra services on the truck. Overall impression was very good.

They did send me an email, but really only asking for a telephone number.
The request I sent from Car Gurus was asking them what was their best
price and they did not answer that request.

Courtesy Toyota contacted me late in the morning Saturday and had the car in their possession, but were closed Sunday. Then first thing Monday morning chose to send it to auction rather than allow me to even see it.
They could have at least given me a shot.
I won't bother looking at their web site any longer.
