Amazing, helpful, effortless.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment to test drive a car. I was hounded with emails and texts to come drive it. We drove two hours to test drive it, show up, and the car was not drivable. The salesmen blamed it on the mechanic; either way, it was a waste of four hours. When we decided we would at least talk a deal, they would not budge on the price and charged two thousand dollars more than any other dealer we have talked to in “dealership fees.” So I guess the deal wasn’t any better than anyone else’s.

Dealer responded and said the vehicle was like new except for a few scratches. We drove an hour and a half to test drive it and found the air conditioning did not work, front of vehicle looked like it was in an accident and car had a strong pull to the right. While my husband and I were discussing if it was worth buying, the salesman grabbed the keys out of my husbands hand and said “so you’re not buying today? Give me the keys, we are closing.” And walked away.

Not happy, I got contacted and asked a few questions about the car, I asked if there was any chance of coming down a few hundred dollars and they said no that the price
was firm and it actually had gone up over the original price posted the night before.

The manager immediately gave us more information about our the vehicles we were interested in. George our sales person was very helpful and answered all our questions during our test drive. Our experience was short and sweet and we love our vehicle.

Sort of blew me off when I said I had a lease car that I wanted to trade in--they said they probably could not do that unless I paid off the lease and then went back to them with the title and then they could do a trade. No other dealer has said that would be necessary
