I'm far away from dealership and was offered a full price offer. They wouldn't negotiate a penny less, when asked about a shipping recommendation, they didn't offer any and said it puts too much risk and liability on them. I asked for pictures of all the scuffs and scrapes. The video they sent had several paint scratches, a dent in the rear by the tailgate with a physical crack in the sheet metal, small tear and scuff in the leather seats. Also the carfax had a "repaired" claim the dealer kept saying wasn't a wrecked just a repair by owner. When presented with all these items, they still didn't come off the price a penny. I started looking elsewhere and 4 days later they dropped the price $500. No concern for the buyer, I didn't feel as I was being taken serious as an online buyer. In this day and age on online EVERYTHING, they haven't figured out how to adapt! So disappointed in the lack of service, customer adaptation. The sales team contacted me. I stopped by the dealership and looked at the vehicle. Contacted
the salesman and explained what I needed. He responded and communication was good. The
trade-in value they offered me was exceptional, but they would not deal on their price at all. Left it
under good terms, but I felt they could have at least offered a proposal that included bringing
down there price. According to CarGurus, this dealer had just increased the price $1000. They
wanted more money down instead. Great communication. Very professional. Not very motivated
to sell. Could be the current market for cars.
Horrible experience buying out of state. This is a classic bate and switch dealer! Came to an agreement on price, including there dealer fee. Then when I finally got the invoice, they tried to charge me an additional $400. Was told by the manager Jay that we already agreed to this? I showed him text messages for our agreement and he stated that he didn't agree to that. But it's in writing! When confronted with this shady business practice he claims that I was bullying him! When the exact opposite was happening. For this dealership to claim victim after changing the price just shows there lack of customer respect and appreciation. Do not waste your time on people that don't hold up to their word and could care less about the customer.

quickly but it took quite some time to get a
confirmation if there was a backup camera.
The listing stated there was one but no one
would confirm. There wasn’t so I’m glad I
didn’t drive up there.

If there were 6 stars I would give them to the salesman Mike Catavolis. He was extremely
professional, prompt., courteous and most of all honest. I also dealt with the sales
manager Jimmy and he too was very helpful and honest. I highly recommend this
dealership.

Found a truck I wanted to see, drove almost an hour to check it out. Their website and car gurus said they were opened on Sunday. Got there in middle of business hours to find they were closed. Tried calling to no avail, looked around for truck. Wasn't even outside to look at. Even hours on the window were same as website. Bought a truck from another dealership.

The dealership responded promptly. The listing was described correctly. The car was pulled up and ready for the test drive as they said. The salesman was very informative it was a good experience. We drove the car home that evening.

I asked the dealer to take pictures of the undercarriage of the car so I could check for RUST, They DID NOT and I was not happy at all when I got the car delivered from Cleveland to Denver to find out the car had a lot of RUST in the rear of the car. I emailed back to the General manager and he just said it is NORMAL. I was not happy AT ALL. Do your homework before you buy a car or SUV from OUT of STATE
Made multiple attempts to trade my car in for the purchase of this Jaguar XK convertible. After giving VIN of my trade was told by each that they would return call in an hour with offer. Neither did. Days later was offered $5k less for car than other dealers. This from dealer that "guarantees" 125 percent of Book Value on trades.

very nice and polite but didnt have what i wanted for the price
Once I got to the dealership the lack of training of the staff became
apparent. I was early to my test drive appointment and the person I spoke
to on the phone was busy so she handed me off to another gentleman.
They were nice but after trying to bring the car around he noted "The car will
not start". I asked for the keys and started the car right up. He later said he
did not know how to drive an manual. The reason why he thought he could
figure it out now is beyond me... After starting the car I pulled it around and
noticed there was no gas in it. I told them I wouldn't mind taking it to the gas
station while on the test drive. They gave me the gas card and I was off.
After getting to the gas station I realized I needed and ID number to use the
card. I had to call the dealership to get it. Car drove great but once
returning to the dealership I was asked for a receipt. I didn't think about
grabbing one after all I am the customer. I asked what price they could do
on the car and exclaimed I had driven one before for a much lower price but
not as good of condition so I would like a price in between. They came back
with "There is a $250 coupon you can use". I politely declined and went on
my way. About an hour later I get 4 phone calls and a text message from
the sales person asking me what gas station I went to! I responded later as
I was busy. After responding I exclaimed I was still interested in car but still
would need a better price to make it happen.
My opinion is this dealer is more interested in your monthly payment and
making it seem like you are getting a deal than actually taking care of the
customer.

I was trying to purchase a 2017 cx-3 all wheel drive sport. We're very helpful in determining what it would take to be able to purchase it in what I was to receive as my trade in value. Everything was friendly inconsiderate in after signing papers for the 2017 sales person came back about a half an hour later and gave me a 2018 at the same price. I was very satisfied

the salesman that I talked to was very knowledgeable and top salesman,
he is still looking for a car for me.
Horrendous experience. I called in and checked on the vehicle before I left
from Milwaukee, and I got a reply that they had the vehicle for 10599. I got
there a few hours later, test drove the car.
Lucien(The Salesman I had the displeasure to work with) was very humble in
the beginning. He then went to get the papers for the car. An hour later he
comes back and gives me a total of 17000 dollars.
I was very upset at this time, I reminded him I could get a brand new car for
a grand more. And I reminded him this is not the advertised price several
times and at this point he said "Maybe this car isn't for you then".
OFCOURSE IT IS according to the price listed online! The only reason I
drove 250 miles combined to the dealership was to buy a car which was in
my Budget.
I did not say anything , I just got up and went.
Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Inquired, heard back immediately, chatted for a few days to get all the details, scheduled a test drive and drove it home! Simple. Quick. Fantastic.

Although I did not select this car, dealer was very responsive and professional. Car was clean and available for test drive. Dealer produced Car Fax and followed up.
Be very careful with this dealership!!!
First off, it takes days to get call back. Most salesmen and managers get Tuesday off-very odd. Car description is misleading i.e. claim to be Prestige line with all options including Navigation, back-up camera, and sensor whne if fact this is a base model with none of these options. Stay clear!

Sale people were not willing to work with me on price of 2011 bmw x6 and trade in value of my car. Didn't want to consider any reasonable offers. I went else where the same day to get a mercedes Benz ml350 for $130 less per month than what Montrose was asking for.

Was very impressed with Jermaine, the sales associate that i
spoke with. He followed up with me and when I stopped into

Poor service. Will never go to this dealership ever again. To come it up, this
dealership wastjed my time. I left there just to purchase a newer version of the
same vehicle elsewhere, with cheaper monthly payments. So I can at least thank

I actually went here to look at an Audi A5.
The listing was was $18,495. After test
driving and pointing out that the right rear
quarter panel had some work done on it.
Not in the CarFax by the way. As well as
the front right rim had been curbed and
scraped up. There was also damage
under the right side door possibly from
the same curbing, the guy comes back at
me with. "We'll take $500 off and that will
put you at $17,995." I left and tried for 5
days to negotiate a better deal. Worst
place ever. Nice cars. Horrible customer
service. I would never buy from here.

test drive for was not on site. Know the value of your trade before
you go as they will offer you half of the Kelly Blue
Book Trade in value. STAY AWAY!

The 928 Porsche was a good deal. I paid cash for the Porsche and for covered transportation to a reputable Porsche Dealer in Cincinnati. The Porsche arrived covered in salt spray obviously not shipped as agreed and paid. I have yet to receive my title, or receipts from the purchase even though I has sent correspondence to the salesman who sold me the Porsche. I am disappointed in lack of professional practice but I hold the salesman totally responsible. Cincinnati Porsche dealer was also surprised in this representation. Good car, poor customer service.
