My experience was absolutely horrible, the worst car buying experience of my life. The sales staff (management included) were not pleasant to deal with and severely lack integrity. The would not give me straight answers about anything that I asked. They attempted to sell the car from underneath me because they took a deposit on the car from another buyer....after refusing to take a deposit from me to hold the car and telling me that they do not take deposits on cars. There were imperfections on the exterior of the vehicle which we were trying to negotiate. They were claiming to knock some money off, but would never give us an amount. It was at that time that the manager on duty came over and told us that "they would call us if anything changes and to have a good night"...asking us to leave.The next day when I FINALLY spoke to the used car manager he said that the sales rep and other manager told him that they offered us a deal and we walked out...LIARS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This dealership is very nice! Tracey from the online department was always reaching out to me and giving me updates about a car I was Interested in. I drive 2 hours away to look at the 2017 RED Honda Civic hatch sport...... when I got there the car was parked out front..... the car has scratches all over the body and interior.... the Honda emblems front & back are after market and they’re fading because they are cheap quality. The car has after market headlights and and fog lights... along with after market exhaust and steering wheel. Everything looked to be half assed! But I was ok with buying the car because I can do everything on my own but I wass NOT buying 18.9K for a car that has been messed with. The car had 29.5K miles on it and it ALREADY had 2 different front tires!!!.......BURNOUTS maybe!? So god only knows what the clutch looks like! So after the test drive..... it went smooth. Alignment was off but I was still interested. They wouldn’t budge on 17.5K horrible lol

The dealership was clean and modern. Employees were well-dressed, courteous, professional and helpful. I was able to negotiate the price down on the vehicle I want it. We were not able to come to a fair price on my trade so I ended up keeping my old trade and buying the vehicle from them outright.

I even went down to see the car and it wasn't at the dealership. They had sent it out for some repair and I haven't heard a word since.

made a schedule. got there but car wasnt. raised 1 grand with contacting me.Had financial advertisement not recommend to us(it was Last day).Had to ask for it myself and was told must put down 10k to qualify even my credit line is 800+. and you expect me to believe that?But at least James was nice so we too the car.Stars are for you James.

Leon greeted me at the door which I don’t always like but I knew exactly what I went there for. He showed me the vehicle. I was able to take pictures inside, outside, under the hood and underneath. He answered all my questions. I couldn’t take it to my mechanic that night because my mechanic was too far. I decided to buy the vehicle I went there for. I was able to negotiate the price a little bit. The dealership was very clean. Leon was very hospitable. Everything about this particular transaction went well. They were great to deal with.

Immediately followed with me. Visited, test drove a few, and they were great, purchase decision came to just found another car we liked better at another dealer.

I got a brand new Acura tlx for less than what they wanted to charge me for a used one.... bitter sweet. Thanks for not negotiating. It made me go somewhere else and I came off way better. Also there sale people Sarah and Frank are very angry people when you try to negotiate a better price. I guess they wanted to line there pockets more... oh well

Bought this mdx , great car but they let me leave the lot with the mdx with almost an empty gas tank. Did not notice it until I was on the highway

Asked if it was a service loaner and answered promptly with the answer. 4 star as it should have been listed that way to begin with. But I found out no dealer tells you that in the listing you have to ask. It would be convenient if they did list it up front.

I bought is250 2012 from them last month They told me different price over phone. I drove close to 200 mile when reached They said they cannot sell on same price And they never told us dealer ship do not Have title when we paid every thing then they Told us and when I was calling for title they Start to put ph on hold and disconnect. I had Realy Realy Realy bad experience.
