I started car purchase online and set appointment for dealership to call me to complete purchase. Dealer was a no show and would not answer/return my calls and then sold the car to someone else a few hours later

Dealer didn't really have information on the vehicle online that we went to see. Said it was in the shop and he didn't know what is wrong with it or did have an Idea of when it would be fixed or call us with information in the following week. Very nonchalant and unprofessional.

Joe contacted me the next business day about my inquiry. He set up an appointment the same day and even stayed after hours. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no rush or high pressure sales. He made a reasonable offer on the price of the care and made the buying process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Montero Motors.
