Professional dealing. Seamless
I didn’t end up buying from them, for several personal reasons. The dealership was wonderful. Very friendly, answered every single question I had, and even sent any video of the vehicle I requested. When the original guy I was working with was absent, I was contacted by the manager. Overall a great experience.

Dealer asking well over $2000 fees associated solely with Monster Motors (Monster Motors appearance $1,395.00 and LoJack $795.00) on top of taxes and administrative documents fee. They reduce the price on the vehicle listing (about those $2,190) making it look like a great deal - and you are all excited - what a deal! In fact, it is not a deal at all because of those hidden $1,395+$795. I am not going to purchase anything from them.

While they have a great selection of vehicles the price they show on here is not the price they charge you. They add another $1000 for not financing with them then $999 for an appearance package as well as $795 for a security feature and tell you that it can't be removed yet that's not built in to the advertised price. Upon further review I found I was lied to as the Tennessee location said that those items can be negotiated on. They offered me $4000 less than KBB or other dealers as well on my trade. Salesman were all young and inexperienced but helpful. Do your research, have your financing and know your trades worth and it might not be bad for vehicles mainly imported from Canada.

Probably the worst car dealer experience I've had. The stereotypical scumbag used car sales people. The price they list on the car gurus site is the price if you finance with them. What they also don't tell you is every car has a $2,000 fee they want to charge for low jack, some coating, various other crap you didn't ask for. This is on top of the list price. They literally admitted they list lower to attract attention then do the ole bait and switch. Surprisingly bad at communication and very unorganized.

Wrong dealer. Could not work out deliver from out of state.
Although I live in Md and they are in Michigan. I had wanted to buy it and have it deliver to MD. 1 gave 1 star because the receptionist was friendly and was trying to help, I spoke with the salesman, gave him my info. He said he would call me back but he never did. I call and would be reassured he would call back, but nothing. This was off and on for a week. Very unhappy

Really a rough experience. I wanted this car. It was for my grand daughter before she
went to college. She picked it out. I called the Monster as well as sending in a lead. It
was listed at 24,722. I asked for a 1000.00 discount which Andrew told he was not
possible since they only had "$600 left in the deal since they had it for awhile". Today its
1800 less!! I wanted it either way, but had to do it that day. I asked for a Buyers Order
to be emailed to me. No response...finally after a few hours I heard back and Andrew
said "they needed a copy of my id to do the buyers order" What? Keep in mind, I
wasn't running credit there, I had my own bank. I gave them my current address and
full name. He never got back to me. The next day, after I bought my grand daughters
second choice....they told me by asking for an ID, they were "protecting my identity"
What? How? Sending my ID over the internet to people I have never met is protecting
my identity? BE CAREFUL HERE

I'd give it a 0 star if possible. I reached out to them about a vehicle which they stated, was unavailable due to someone putting a down payment on. Very well I moved on. The following week, they "contacted me" about the vehicle stating it was indeed for sale again. So I proceeded to send them my last pay stub, license and ss# to proceed with getting a loan in order to purchase. When I leave work, they decided to let me know they sold it to someone else what was the point in even wasting my time for a vehicle that's just gonna get sold to someone else. Why waste my time on another vehicle, if they're gonna sell it to someone else too. Just useless and pointless
Confirmed multiple times with sales team there were no issues mechanically with the truck. Said everything was great. The rotors, wheel bearings and front brake pads were shot. Additionally As I was diving 2 weeks after delivery the steering rack went and I almost got in an accident. The dealership did give me $450 towards the brakes. A lot of back and forth in ail, not enough detail about the process, knowledge level of the truck was low. Convenient to not sit in a dealership all day but would never do it again.
Salesman was no salesman. The vehicle was beat to death. The guy told me the vehicle was in great shape. I told him I was driving from two hours away to see this. He totally misrepresented the vehicle. Talked to the general manager after I drove home in rush hour traffic totally disappointed. He was supposed to resolve the issue and maybe pay for my gas that was wasted. He never called me back. This seemed like a buy here pay here lot with a fancy building. I can't suggest going to this place. I doubt this is the first time this has happened. Salesman didn't pay attention to anything. I waited for 10 minutes out by the vehicle. Sent him a text and called. He finally came out. When I came back he didn't even look up when the door opened. He was too busy playing on his phone. The guy next to him saw me. He was shoveling in food at his desk like he hasn't eaten in months.

Dealer keeps sending emails,good response
We ended up buying this car. A family member checked it out for us, and the test drive went well. Communication by email
was sometitmes confusing because I would send a msg to one person and a different individual would respond, but
responses were prompt. Once we put a deposit on the car, things moved quickly and delivery worked well. I would buy from
them again.
When I was sent an email from their office, I explained right away that the truck was the wrong size engine for my needs and said I was not interested in it. From there I received many unwanted automated emails with no one responding to my request to look for another truck elsewhere. I finally had to block the automated email from coming in. No actual person responded. All email had the name Ashley, but were signed as Jack or the emails that were signed from Jack actually came from the email address of Ashley. The service was cold and impersonal. I will not buy from them.

I was very pleased w/ this dealers speedy response to my inquire. No complaints at all!
I bought a truck on 3/10/22. I gave it 2 stars because I ask the question if there was any issues with engine whether it's major or minor issues and I was told no, and it just got out of inspection. 3 weeks later, motor is leaking oil almost everywhere. When I looked, I didn't see any leaking so I don't know what they did to clean it up before a sell. My biggest issue, they weren't honest when there was issues, and now they won't help to fix it and unfortunately I messed up on the warranty for them to fix it. They ran through the paperwork so fast, it was difficult to consume everything. From this experience, for being a first time buyer from a dealer, now I know what to do and expect.

I asked specifically about the condition of a
2018 jeep wrangler and was told that it was
mint showroom condition. I drove 60+ miles
only to find to all four doors have rust
bubbling up underneath the doors. Then
Frank, the sales guy proceeded to try to tell
me ALL jeeps rust there and I shouldnt
worry about it. Less than 5% of jeeps have
door rust within 6 years. Frank wasnt aware
of that and consequently lost a potbetial
customer. Sales staff could use some polish
as always.

Everything was ok very great staff and well trained
The people are very nice but can be a little bit too pushy when a customer is trying to make up their mind about a vehicle. I contacted them about a truck that I am very interested in buying. I told them that I was still looking at different trucks also. Since then I have received no less than 1 or 2 calls a day asking what do I need to do to buy the vehicle today. I informed them that I needed time. Guess they don't get the hint. I guess I don't get a truck from them. Which sucks because it was a great truck at a beautiful price.

Not willing to share information. I asked for their bottom price.. they kept stalling.. took about 4 emails to get it.. and that, if I recall was the same price or 1,000 off. Telling me how hot a market it is..

Terrible customer service. Bullied me into getting financing even though I knew they couldn't beat the loan offer I have through my credit union. Took them hours to days to respond. Offered 24.5k, it was listed for 25.9k at the time. Once I told them I was no longer interested due to the condescending attitude of the manager they dropped the price to 24.9k and I haven't heard from them since. No apology, nothing.
They stated they don’t ship a used car , but it states clearly free shipping to my area right in their ad.

Contacted me and set up a time to test drive the
vehicle. Got to the dealership right on time and
sat for a half hour before they pulled the vehicle
up to drive.
Terrible, there is no communication between them. I placed the order on line and scheduled the truck for delivery the the contacted mi telling me that there was no order for me. Their response time is unacceptable, the online contact dropped the order or lost it, so emailed the of the order and the confirmation of the scheduled delivery and now they say it doesn’t exist. We spent a week emailing and texting and still waiting for an answer.

When I contacted them about a vehicle Andrew said the vehicle was going to be sold Monday but it was Saturday and we could still make a deal. I have him my trade information and told him I was ready to negotiate and he never got back to me. I called several times Saturday and Andrew was not ready with my trade information. Soon the day was over with no word from Andrew. Monday came along and I called on the vehicle again and it was sold assumingly to the other dealer. Was Andrew doing his job I would have bought it from monster motors. Monday I talked to Zack and he was far more professional and eager to make a sale
It started out great, I even explained I had credit issues, but I would really prefer to finance myself but I could get a co-signer if needed, he got my information and I waited for over a week, I really wanted this particular truck, finally after no response I reached out only to be blew off and told the truck was being sold as I spoke with him and for me to get financing I would have to have a larger down payment or a co-signer, I knew that from the beginning but no one called or emailed, nor still hasn’t, all I keep getting is these emails wanting me to rate, so here’s the dealers rate, I could have come up with more money down or a co-signer, but I will not deal with someone who won’t even try to help or respond

Worth the drive! Outstanding service!
I emailed them 3-4 times with no response . Then after another try ,they
sent me a rude email saying do you know we were in Michigan out of
State. I answered yes I know that ,is there a problem selling to someone
out of State? They never sent me the information on the Truck . They

I had an excellent experience with Monster Motors. I found the truck I wanted, I was contacted and reassured after having a poor experience from a local dealership that that wasn't how this dealership does business.
Throughout the process I was continuously contacted to make sure everything in order. Videos were sent to me to show the truck in and out and running which helped with my decision to proceed.
Being an hour away and due to the national shut down, I was able to have the truck delivered right to my door. The truck was everything as advertised and the gentleman that brought my truck were very professional and patient as I gave the truck a good look over and test drive.
I want to thank Kenny and all of the Monster Motors group for one of my best vehicle buying experiences. This is the way it should be.
I told Monster Motors I was interested in purchasing a truck, and they asked me to fill out a credit app. I did and they ran my credit then never called me and sold the truck I was interested in a day later. It had nothing to do with my credit either as I was financed at another dealership with no problems.

Found a BEAUTIFUL TRUCK they posted on Cargurus but then when I contacted the dealership I had arranged for a buddy of mine to go take a look at it for me (im a little far
away) they told him it's not here and they won't sell it to the general public because it needs a transmission. Then why post it on Cargurus? I had money for a new
transmission too no big deal but they tried to talk my buddy into buying another truck being traded in by a friend of theirs. Lol seriously Mr Risner STOP the BAIT AND SWITCH
tactics! Makes Monsfer Motors look desperate for business! Good luck with that though!
Monster Motors has been EXTREMELY helpful with my many many questions I had for them. I am very particular about the next truck I will buy. And they have answered every question I had, if they didn’t know the answer. They would find out any call me back within a day or two. I hope I can find a truck and purchase it from Monster Motors!

Unfortunately this vehicle was posted several weeks before it was ready to be sold and I was unable to get the additional info and photos I needed to make a final decision to purchase. So while I was waiting for the truck info to be gathered, I found another deal elsewhere and ended purchasing from someone else. As far as monster motors itself the staff was friendly and professional.

I was told they would hold the truck for me after filling out a credit app. They called me later that day said we sold that truck but we will find another one. I was not happy that they did that to me.
We met with Jody to test drive a gently used Equinox. It was a cold January day. He had the car upfront and running so our drive would be comfortable. He was not pushy about selling us the car, but truly wanted all of us to come up with a deal that was comfortable and good for all. We took the car to our mechanic, 4-Sure Automotive, in Michigan Center, to check it over. He found a small issue with the brakes. When we brought the car back, there was no hassle about correcting this issue. The manager directed staff to take the car back to the mechanics and get the repair done so the car would be ready for us. It doesn't get much better than that!

A salesperson at a dealership can and does have a huge impact on the buying process. That being said, we didn’t buy a vehicle here because the salesman wasn’t very helpful. It looked like he just rolled out of bed and cane to work. He was bland and it seemed like he was not interested in us buy with him. Not excited for us and didn’t answer our questions. The truck was very clean and nice looking. Was a little higher on the mileage than we wanted.

Where told the vehicle was on the lot prior to driving up. When we arrived we waited for over 30min while the sales team tried to locate the vehicle. While the team was very friendly, they eventually gave up and said they would give us a call. We decorated to stay in the area and have lunch. After 2 hours we gave them a call and they confirmed the vehicle was getting some warranty work done at another shop. Suggested to call back in 3-4days. Very disappointed that we waisted our time.

Got a couple phone calls, emails and few texts the first day or so answering questions I had, then nothing. I called them and emailed a few days apart and never got a response back. Too much to handle apparently without me being there.

I was told the gentlemen working with me was off that day. After calling back again he was their that day and available to speak with me to tell me he’s still waiting to submit my credit app. Big waste of time.

Chris contacted me promptly and asked how I planned to use the car. I explained that I recently started a paper route and would be putting 75 miles a day on it. He said he would test drive it and review its condition with their mechanics. I spent 5 to 6 hours expecting to drive away with the Jeep. When we finally got to the financing the interest rate was at least twice was I was expecting with the credit score I have. Needless to say I didn't buy the jeep and will not be looking at anymore at Monster Motors. An entire day off wasted and Idont have to many of them.

Very easy to work with
Tough to get return phone calls. Went to show room and waited 20 min to talk to a sales person.
Great in negotiating a p2rice contingent on a carfax report. Was led to believe that it was the owners personal car and owned for a while. True but just bought the car from Quebec Canada 2 months prior. Called to ask carfax questions and no one again called me back for 2 days. Meanwhile bought a better shelby.

Very pushy. I am female. The seller tried to over price a used vehicle and sell me unneeded warranties. An $18,500 vehicle was going to run me almost $500 a month in payments. Very disappointed that these dealers feel it is ok to take advantage of female.

Awful just awful. I would give them 0 stars if i could. When you are finalizing a deal with someone and they are going to finish it tomarrow and you sell it out from under them, no just no. I will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone just because of that.

We had been looking for the right car for a couple of months. When this one showed up we jumped on it. Anthony responded to our email promptly and we set up an appointment to see the vehicle. Everyone at Monster Motors was friendly and accommodating. They were open to having our mechanic take a look at the vehicle and assess it. The vehicle checked out needing only a new battery. It was very clean and well cared for. Anthony was fun and terrific to work with. Greg and Frank were also ready and willing to help in anyway they could. I would highly recommend this dealership! They were wonderful to work with and have a great selection of vehicles.

Although we did not finally purchase a vehicle from Monster Motors, the dealership answered all our questions and made it very possible to have made a purchase there.

Ask to work with Frank in sales. He found a beautiful Blue F150 with low
mileage and exactly what I was looking for. I explained that i would have
to plan a day to come out because I live kind of far from the dealership
he offered to deliver the truck I was interested in so I wouldn't have to
make the drive. He handled all the loan paperwork for me with my
permission and I am now an owner of a my truck I have been looking for
for a couple years. All of this was most helpful with being a single mom. It
cut a lot of stress our of the whole experience. I will defiantly be back
when its time for a new truck. Thanks Frank!
