Being 76 years old, I have purchased NUMEROUS autos. My buying experience at Mohawk Chevrolet was the easiest and most pleasant experience of them all. A special shout out to my salesperson Faith. She was very personable, professional and helpful. She was able to address any and all questions or concerns I had. Also I would like to thank Gavin. He was helpful the day of AND the next day. While retrieving an item out of my trade-in vehicle following the day of my purchase, Gavin also noticed I neglected to remove my EZ-Pass transmitter. I am sure he must have saved me a pretty penny to New York State Thruway authority. Both Gavin and Faith are exemplary employees. Mohawk Chevrolet are fortunate to have them on their team. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle, you can be sure I will see what Mohawk Chevrolet has to offer. Thank you to the entire team including the knowledgeable Service Rep I saw thinking I had a problem. As it turns out all was fine.

Car was priced wrong online. Like significantly less. I inquired about why was it so cheap and it didn’t ring any bells to the sales staff. They said it was just because it was a base model. I wasted verifying and they didn’t actually check and verify. So I then proceeded to waste time sending in photos of my car for a trade write up. My trade in value was laughably way under KBB. Figured out the correct cost of the vehicle when they sent me the final offer with everything tallied. Went from underpriced to overpriced. No reply to why it was marked wrong or offered a deal. I watched the price change online to overpriced Expected me to be interested in looking at another vehicle after my experience. No thank you. They might be a good dealership. Know what your trade in is worth on KBB.com and use CarGurus to know if what they offering is on trend with the market. They were not, not a good deal in either accord.

The sales staff at Mohawk Chevrolet responded to my request for information quickly and were professional, courteous, and helpful. She had trouble identifying the advertised vehicle and asked me if I could send her the CarGurus ad, to which I did. Although they could not find the car advertised on CarGurus, they apologized and suggested other vehicles and they were courteous and not pushy. After our conversation the sales staff reached out to me asking if I had any questions or concerns and offered assistance and they stated that they wouldn’t bother me again and that I could reach out to them for anything else.

Overall, Northstar Chevrolet was good to deal with. They perform a 120(?) point inspection on their vehicles but missed several basic things on the vehicle I purchased. The stereo was in lock down mode (needed to have a code punched in), one of the tires was under inflated so the sensor was lit up, a wiper blade was broken, and the heat/ac fan only worked when on the highest setting. Luckily, I caught the big one (the fan) before purchasing the vehicle and they promptly took care of the issue without even having to bring it up. The stereo I was able to punch the code in for and the tire pressure and wiper blade were easy enough to fix. Just seems more like a major oversight on their part missing those problems. Carefully inspect vehicles yourself prior to considering buying a used vehicle. That being said, the sales staff was friendly and helpful, they resolved the issue brought to their attention, and even refunded me an overpayment on the vehicles registration.

We purchased a 2013 Silverado. Interaction with the sales staff was good, and the truck was as represented. Their final offer was not exceptional, but a good value. They followed up promptly for ease of delivery, and demonstrated a desire to have a satisfied customer.
