Hands down, the best experience with a dealership I’ve ever had!
Modern Motorcars was a pleasure to make a deal with. They weren’t very flexible on their price but customer service and ease of transaction was top notch. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. For the first time I purchased a vehicle long distance which takes a lot of trust to put into a business you don’t know. However with the good ratings already Modern Motorcars had online, I decided to go for it. It worked out great. Had my new vehicle in a couple days, contact was easy and communication was good.
The only thing I’d ask from them that could have been a little better was tracking numbers for the title and email or text when things was mailed, vehicle shipped etc. this was easy to find out by calling and they always answered right away and gave me the information I needed.

SO very impressed by Carole & Chris at Modern. I contacted them on a Friday and rhey delivered my new 2013 Corvette 150 miles away on
Tuesday. I will positively use them again! They followed up with my concerns, got me the best rates for finance. They do the unusual these
days, they offer a high quality product with superb service to match!

I did get to test drive this vehicle. It was very nice but I decided that I prefer a nissan murano instead.
I had a great experience. My husband was not able to go and they worked with me to get the vehicle so he could drive and look over. The process worked out great . Very responsive and friendly team to work with.

I enjoyed my visit at modern motors dealership , they had the car ready for a test drive when I got there , there were no issues with the car , looked like the picture on the website , the building and waiting area were spotless and comfortable for my family to wait on me while I was doing the transaction that went painless and professional . I bought the car but had questions. Left 3 messages with the salesman. He never replied. They said he was on his honeymoon. Left a message for the sales manager. He never replied. They advertised 22 pages of past service records. They didn't provide them. They promised to pay for a certain repair job. I'm getting it done today at a Mercedes shop. Wonder if they'll pay for it. Still don't have the title for the car.
Complications have risen which may not be resolved for about a week. I'll update again then.
When I bought the car they told me they had to replace one of the batteries and it would need to be programmed which they would pay for. I had a diagnosis done and found the battery couldn't be programmed because there was a module and relay that were inoperative. Had they done the diagnosis they would have found that. The bill came to $1159.39. I'll send it to them this afternoon.
The dealer honored their promise to pay for certain repairs

Did an inquiry on Car Gurus being that I live in another state I was going to do the long
distance buying and got a sales person by the name of Chris to contact through email. So I
contacted the guy he told me that I would need to do a I did a pre-approval app and I did
just that & waited patiently to hear a call or txt back but didn't. So I deicided to call and see
what the hold was and he stated they had a pretty busy day blah blah, long story short he
seem very uninterested in talking with me when I finally got a cosigner for the car I wanted 3
days later after not hearing and steady calling back to the dealership to get answers that's
when they finally told me they sold the car. I find it very unprofessional to not get a call back
to say "hey, this is what's going on blah blah or here or the options." I didn't get none of
that. I guess that me being in another state they really didn't care at all. I would NOT
recommend them!

Modern Motorcars responded promptly and professionally to my initial contact. They are
located two hours from us and they agreed to a 4:00pm test drive and inspection. The car
was as described, only cleaner, spotless is a better description. These folks sell some very
expensive vehicles and I cannot imagine anyone being treated any better than my wife and I
were treated by Ken Karr and the staff at Modern Motorcars and we were shopping for
possibly the least expensive car in their inventory. We will look to them again for our next
vehicle.

great call with all the info
Very helpful people, took the time to see if they could help me purchase vehicle on a business budget. Dropped price a few hundred, $600 more would have purchased. In the end bought 2 Ford Transits from another dealer. Budget is a budget is a budget. H2s dime a dozen, with my 2 new transits in service maybe give them a try for an Alpha in a couple years.

The car we were interested in was out front ready for us to test
drive. We were met by a very pleasant man who answered all our
questions. We drove the car and when we returned we talked to the
sales rep about our trade-in. There was no pressure !! We traded in
our car and purchased the one we were there for. We also had a
good experience buying a two year warranty package. I
recommend this dealer.

Excellent customer service and they gave me a real honest feel the entire buying process. I worked with Jennifer who was very friendly and patient as I can be quite a difficult customer being I've had my fair share of "Just tell them what they want to hear" dealerships. Modern Motorcars is not that dealer for sure. Jennifer did not even have an issue with refering me to their marketing dept. to speak with Cameron and get some real in depth questions answered, being he owned a Nissan GTR like the one I was interested in. My wife and I drove from Grand Rapids, MI to Missouri to trade my Supercharged Range Rover Sport for the GTR. Needless to say ... the entire process could not have gone anymore smooth. If I am ever in the market to purchase a vehicle in the future, I would not hesitate to drive from Michigan to Missouri for the peace of mind knowing I am not being mislead! Thanks to my sales person Jennifer, and a knowldege prior owner of a GTR and coworker of hers (Cameron), I can now say I am the proud owner of my first very cool Nissan GTR! Dealer contacted me and worked through negotiation process and it went
well, though we didn't come to terms, a pleasant, professional experience.
This dealer always stayed in contact with me. He will discuss the car's foibles with you and also help you any way he can so you can purchase the car you want. The salesperson was honest and never pulled any punches. It would have been one of the easiest purchase processes I had ever experienced, but the car I thought I wanted was just not up to my expectations. I would definitely shop there again.

Modern Motorcars are a dream to work with! They got me into the vehicle I
wanted at the price I wanted and with a great warranty! I never felt like I was
dealing with a typical car salesman because I never felt pressured to make

We had a good experience with this dealership. Our salesman was very
nice and knowledgeable. My only concern was with their finance guy.
He didn't seem to know his job very well and added in a warranty and
GAP insurance before ever talking to up about them. I had done my
research and knew what my payment and rate should be before we sat
down. I questioned the amount and that is when he told me he had
added those items in. I didn't appreciate that. He should discuss that
with his customers before
