James, Alan, and Jason were incredibly helpful. I worked with James from the beginning. And they were patient and got me into exactly the vehicle I wanted. Such an amazing deal, and an incredibly clean vehicle. Everyone was kind and they are true and honest to their word and are willing to hold their patients to the same standard. You don’t find this kind of dealership anywhere, there are one in 1 million. Mitchell motors was amazing! I would highly recommend them, if you need any vehicle… If they have it they will work with you and ensure that you were happy with your purchase.

The guys were excellent at answering my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. I would still love to do business with their company...Unfortunately the seats in the Cadillac are to dark for us...but guys were very attentive

Wow, How do I explain how great a car buying experience this was, I had been shopping for my wife a car for about 2 months. I found a listing in North Carolina on a Infiniti QX80 like I had been shopping for, I looked at all the pic’s and info that, Mitchell Mills Motors had listed on their website I could see the car history and it all looked good, so I made an offer and James said “sounds fair how would you like to proceed” I was shocked because I live in Alabama. So James and I worked the details out and just a few days later the Infiniti arrived. It was even nicer than the pic’s showed it to be. Wow! The BEST car purchasing experience I had period! I test drove the car 3 times there was never any push to buy. Not one time did I feel pressured to buy. When it came time to take it to a mechanic I was struggling to figure out how to get it to the mechanic and get to work. They offered to deliver the car to the shop. I really appreciated that . The mechanic I took the car to asked, who was selling the vehicle and when I told them Mitchell Mill Motors. He said they're a very good Car Dealer. The car passed and we bought it. We worked mainly with Tyler who set a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. After the sale my daughter was very upset because I traded in my truck. She loved that truck. I took her over the next day to say good-bye. They never hesitated to let her get in and have a good cry. It meant a lot to her and to me. Thanks guys. I highly recommend you check them out.
