I ended up missing out on the car. But Joey was incredibly nice, very responsive but not pushy at all. I’d love to do business with them if the right car is in their inventory

The dealer reached out. to me quickly but unfortunately I was unable to make a deal on the vehicle. It was not the dealers issue but mine. I was unable to follow through at this time as something came up. I will be reaching back to this dealer in the near future. w

Very helpful! Their finance manager is one of the best! He made things so easy and he got us an amazing rate for our new vehicle! Grateful for all they did for us and for going above and beyond for my kids as I was visiting from out of state and had them with me.

The finance gentleman (his name escapes me) was also terrific. He got me a better deal than the pre-approved one I came in with. It made me feel at ease without the normal pressure you would normally find at other car dealers. Luoay Awad, the Internet Sales Manager is attentive and very accommodating. He knows how to take care of customers AND the business. Small things make a huge difference to the experience. We had a pleasant process. straight forward test drive. My wife and I took turns test drive the SUV while the ithe watced the kid. The car was realy low miles as stated. clean. Louay Awad was internet sales manager was really helpful. We bargained back and forth. We like thr price going in but there was a surprise price drop so we paid another 500$ less and bargained it down a little bit more. Would definitely buy anither preowned here. Will recommend to any potential buyers. So far so good, no issues yet. Louay called us on Sunday give days later to check on us. I took off one star bc the finance manager did not get back to us as he said during the sales. He said he would get back us, but he never followed up. So follow up communication could be a red flag in terms if response.

Took a few days to respond back to me. When they they finally did, it seemed like a automated response and they did not even answer the question I had asked. On both car gurus and the dealers website, they had a 2014 Acura RLX posted with no pictures. Since the dealership is a 90 minute drive, I asked them pictures of the vehicle. Still have not gotten a single pic, just a automated message. I will pass on this dealership, too bad cause I am in the market for a RLX to.

Dealer was working with me to purchase this vehicle. I made an appt to come in test drive, see the car in person, and basically sign the paperwork to purchase. When I arrived, the person I was working with told me someone sold the vehicle while he was off. He also had an alternate salesperson that knew I was working with him. I don't understand why they would sell the car when they knew I was coming in to purchase the vehicle. Their customer service is unacceptable.

Salesman contacted me and follow from management was great. Unfortunately the car I was interested was already sold.
