Bad, scam online prices. I contacted them via guru ask for their best price OTD and they send me the full MSRP plus tax when they clearly had the truck discounted $8000 and there was still other incentives, but they will not honor any of that. This dealership is misleading people with their online prices and discounts to get them into the dealership and sale you much more expensive than what they advertise in GURU. STAY AWAY from this dealership.

Overall I had a decent experience with this dealer. Car price listed was what was reflected on CarGurus. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only thing is that they may have lost the second key for the vehicle sometime during the test drive and the purchase period.

The advertised price on the vehicle was a scam. I contacted this dealer about a truck advertised @ $35k on car gurus. The sales woman said the best they could do was $39.5k. Don’t advertise a price if the vehicle is priced differently. Yes, I matched VIN# to their inventory.

Bad experience at this dealership. Do not go there. They make promises they do not keep. I was assured over the phone that the car would be sold as advertised but when I got there “apparently they sold it” prior to me going they assured me they had it with advertised price. Waste of my time.

Nice guy really helpful

Contacted the dealer on this truck when I went up to view the truck I found a few thing broke on it but it was certified if u call throwing some grease in joints an a good power was in the engine bay. The truck looked beat on scratched up an the dealer refused to come down in price. When I showed them the kbb on it the said 17,400 was fair for the truck an I told them that was based on a truck in better condition. Just trying to up sell used cars here

The Dealer answered all my questions that I had about the truck via email was quick to respond to questions, gave me a somewhat fair price for my trade in, i did buy the vehicle. I do feel it took way too long to do the paperwork, I was here from around noon to around 5:00 pm don’t know what the hold up was, so if you buy from this dealer except to spend most of the day here, hence the 4 star rating.

They seemed very but one female sales agent continually emailed asking when I was coming to visit and take a test drive? I wrote back several times asking her why she would continue these emails, when their website shows they Deliver, and expecially during this pandemic, that is a major priotity to me.

They were right on top of my interest in a suburban. They made several attempts to help me find rxactowhat I was looking for.

I'll be honest the gentleman I spoke with kept trying to tell me he's didn't see a price for that car so I went on there website found it for the same price as you have them he didn't call back I only told him if it is advertised for the price online he had to honor it

I had already finalized deal online. Showed up test drove vehicle. I already had financing set up through my credit union so working with finance department at dealership was seamless. My sales person Angell was fairly new but was very nice and helpful. Reina Olsen Communicate very Well via email.

Kept me in limbo, so they lost a sale. They weren’t competitive and by the time they followed up with any seriousness I had found my car somewhere else.

Very unprofessional worst car buying experience ever. I was in the process of getting my financing when they stalled and sold the car to someone else. When I asked why I was told by the manager "if you would have come in with 7,000 you would have gotten the truck.

I bought a car from them. they let me take the vehicle overnight so my mechanic could perform a pre-purchase inspection. There were a couple of issues and they adjusted the sales price to my satisfaction. All the folks at City were very helpful and I would fully recommend them to others interested in vehicles they have for sale. Buying was easy, they were helpful getting me a great low interest loan: all without any pressure at all

I definitely found the car I wanted at City Chevrolet, but I didn't rely on them for any information. I requested their mechanic's inspection notes and the CarFax. I was promised both, but they did not provide me with either. It's okay since I did my own inspection and got my own copy of the CarFax, but I felt like they were keeping some information from me. The salesman I dealt with did not seem to know much about the car, but I will give him a break since they had only had the car for a day, and it was not a Chevrolet. I asked if there were any after- market parts on the car, and he confidently said no, but it was clear that he didn't know, because the previous owner had changed out the internal lighting for blue LEDs and had installed mud flaps behind each of the tires. I felt a bit more uncomfortable with my salesman once I had to prove to him that an open recall was listed for the vehicle in the CarFax before they promised me they'd fix the recall issue (written as a note in the final contract). When I asked about financing and they couldn't find me a good deal, they tried to pass off the idea that an 11.2% interest rate was not so bad. Are you kidding me? As soon as I said "No it isn't," they agreed with me, but yet again, they were testing to see if they could get the better of me (I ended up paying cash). I don't know what idiot goes into a used car dealership and blindly trusts the salesman he's talking to, but I'd have felt better about the dealership if they hadn't lied to my face about questions that I clearly already knew the answers to. Other that the little white lies here and there, my experience was okay. Once we settled on a price I had no issues, but I would recommend you know as much as possible about what you're doing before buying a car here. They sold me the car "as-is" so I had to be 100% confident with my purchase before signing anything. They wanted to charge $500- $1000 for a 1-month return policy (you get $500 back if you keep the car). TL;DR: I was happy with the car I purchased, but I wouldn't trust the salesmen. Do your own research first.

I did not get my vehicle from City Chevrolet, but must say that their service was excellent. Not pushy..and even when I did NOT get my vehicle from there--only just because I decided to wait a while longer--they still send the gift card download.

City Chevrolet is great to deal with. Very pleasant and professional.
