The dealership tried to charge me $995 for ceramic tint. Looked at the car and saw no tint on it. The sales person told me the tint was on the roof of the car. I advised him that was the stock manufacture tint that came with the car from the factory. Once I told him that he then changed and said they had not sent it out yet to get it tinted. Then the also tried to add $1200 protection plan or warranty for windshield chip and scratches. When I advised that I did not want the tint service and the protection plan for the bs additional fees they told me they could not help me.

I’m someone who knows about cars myself. So knowing they weren’t trying to add extra stuff that didn’t exist or oversell their part was helpful. Only two things was that our seller talked too much not knowing the car to its full potential. For (example: he told me the car had a full 360 camera but it only had a back up camera.) and when it was supposed to be a quick pick up process took a little longer because they were busy. But overall 4.5 rating

Don’t waste your time with this dealership. They refuse to work with your own financing and push hard for you to use theirs just so they can get paid faster. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I was genuinely interested in purchasing a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E from Miramar Car Center, but my experience left me disappointed. The salesperson I spoke with stated that $2,200 worth of dealer add-ons were mandatory and couldn’t be removed from the deal, even though California law requires such add-ons to be optional unless factory-installed. As an active-duty service member, I expect honesty and transparency from businesses, not pressure tactics or misinformation. It’s frustrating to feel like sales personnel might be trying to take advantage of military customers who are just looking to make a fair purchase. I hope management addresses this issue so future buyers, especially military members, receive the straightforward treatment they deserve.

Vehicle was advertised at $28,000, buyout price is $34,500. Clear coat and windshield protection added an extra +10% to buy the vehicle. Unnecessary and unwanted forced option by the dealership. I don't understand why they assume anyone wants to pay for these extra useless things.

Reached out and made an appointment for a test drive. Met up with the salesperson and everything went well with the test drive. They were friendly but through the conversation it was made apparent that the listed price did not include dealer installed options like an alarm and a tint that were they said were non removable. They didn't try to sneak the charges in at the end but it did feel like the typical bait and switch.

I sent a couple general questions, does the sunroof reduce head space for the driver, did the previous owner smoke? These are important to me because I'm tall and gave a breathing vondition. I received a reply indicating that I needed to call and ask my questions. I don't want a high pressure sales discussion, I was only interested in some info to decide if this car is right for me. I still have my original questions, no answers. I'm looking elsewhere.

We let them know we were coming to check out cars because they had many of the hybrid model we were searching for, and they were ready to show us what they had available. Unfortunately, the car we inquired about had already sold, but we found a lower mileage and newer version to purchase. Having to return another day to have the mandatory GPS tracker installed was the only negative part of this experience, but we are happy with the car we purchased.

Was interested in a vehicle. I read a previous review about the GPS installation they charge you, so I questioned the dealer representative about it. His response was that it is accurate and they can't 'unistall' it. I told him that I'd be interested in purchasing the vehicle if they discounted the price by the $1,000 they charge for the GPS. His response was that they don't 'haggle' on price but would ask his boss. He called me back to tell me the vehicle is already slated to go back to auction tomorrow. Why would a dealership sell a vehicle at auction when they won't get anything near their asking price for it? Not to mention the vehicle has been listed for less than 2 weeks. Makes you wonder.

This dealership uses BAIT & SWITCH tactics. Their prices are lower up front as they require you to purchase worthless add on for at lease an additional $1K. Very deceptive and shady practices. They don't care about the customer, they just want to rip you off. AVOID THIS PLACE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Inquired about this car via text to dealer. Even though car has been for sale for over 200 days they would not lower the price that Cargurus.com said is over priced. They said, ‘these cars are fast sellers’??? When I pointed out the obvious problems with that statement I got no response. Shame.

Unconsiderate liars, I drove 6 hrs with a broken back to buy a car that the didn't have, texted multiple times and for 3 days, before leaving and when on my way, Jake aka Jacob lied deliberately, I'm disgusted of how low and beneath a parasites they are, avoid them, can't imagine how much more they would have to do to sell a piece of garbage if they need to just to make a buck, money hungry people only care for themselves

Found a car I liked and made an appointment to test drive. After the test drive I took a few days to decide then called Matt at the location. Made an offer and he got it approved by the owner. Filled out the credit application online and set up a time to fill out paperwork and purchase the car with Matt the next day. Received a text message that the credit looked good and was approved the the amount and terms then received a text that the car was sold. Not sure how the car could be sold when I was in the process of buying it and had my credit already run for the car. I feel things were done a little shady and could not get Matt to call me back again.

The red 1999 porsche 911 had serious problems, engine running rough, the 6 cylinder engine had the power of a 4 1/2 cylinder engine.smoke coming out from engine area, large dent inside drivers side door jam, its a 4,500. dollar car, sad, I drove 160 miles to see the lie.

After having a horrible experience with a different dealership, I was so happy and relieved that I found a car at Miramar Car Center. Communication was great. They responded to me via email about the car I had inquired about. They were friendly and helpful when we arrived to the dealership. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the listing was slightly inaccurate as the car was advertised to have a feature that it did not have. Also, the car was clean but could have used a little more attention to the interior. However, the customer service and overall experience was great and we ended up buying the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

Great experience @ MCC! Sandro answered the phone when I called about the IS350. I drove in an hour later. Had my test drive, purchased the car, left for home with both of my vehicles with Sandro following. I then dropped he back off at MCC and I definitely shop cars here again.. but I'm keeping this F Sport for awhile! I absolutely love it!

The person who showed us the car and test drove with us was very kind but didn't seem very knowledgeable about the car itself. The people who handle the financing and the paperwork are phenomenal though. We ended up purchasing the car and they were a lot of help and even gave us a decent chunk of money for our '06 Infiniti G35.

These are really nice guys and I got a pretty good deal on the car I bought. The oil is dirty and I didn't get much gas, nor money for my trade in, but I got a fantastic car for a fair price. I like them.

Bait and switch! Contacted the dealer in regards to this vehicle and they wanted to switch with an older model with more miles. When I inquired about the vehicle being advertised, they said they sold the vehicle moments before I called (imagine that) but had another. When I started looking into the other vehicle, $1k less than this, they were unwilling to negotiate once I mentioned that I was willing to purchase without financing. They used an excuse that the vehicle would not be ready for a few weeks. I guess they're hoping to offload with financing before I commited to it. Seems sleazy!

Wonderful service! I wasn't able to purchase the car at the time, but I would definitely go back to buy from them. Extremely helpful and friendly. The man who helped us, Chris, was amazing! He waited 2.5 hrs after he was suppose to be off work just to help us try to get the car. Then he saw how much I loved the car and even called me a couple days later to see how everything was going and to let me know that someone was coming to look at the car the following day just in case I still wanted it. I highly recommend this dealership!

Although the Salesmen were friendly and helpful, the final signature of purchase agreement was not fully honored. I asked for a 2.9 loan rate and they agreed but was not disclosed that the rate changed to 3.9 percent. Even if it is the buyers responsibility, the dealer changed it deceptively. I would recommend buyer beware and review all final paperwork.
