Worried about the mechanical integrity of the vehicles that I tested. I expected some visual body imperfections, but I could feel some of the suspension problems on the ride. I asked if I could leave a $500 refundable deposit to take the car to be evaluated by an impartial private mechanic to verify road worthiness. I was not allowed to do that. That denial made me suspicious of the process. I was also 'encouraged' to leave a deposit that was not refundable, seemingly as to 'trap' me into buying with them. I didn't like that.
The first vehicle that I tested needed fuel; the tone sounded, indicating that there was very little gas in the tank. Debee, my consultant, added gas at the Kroger pumps. The second vehicle had no working air conditioning; it was 87 degrees that day. The third car also needed gas.
Lastly, the lobby was unkempt and needed lighting. The employees were as casually dressed as the customers; hard to tell the difference! They need to step up their game!

I called the morning I was heading down and let them know I would be there within a specific time frame and I was an hour drive away. The truck was not on the lot when I arrived and I was not notified that it was gone before I arrived. I had also spent days trying to get info from multiple people who promised answers or call back which never happened.

I scheduled an appointment to view the car. Didn't end up liking it, but found another one at their lot, which
has turned out to be a great purchase. Customer service was really good, and our sales associate was
great. He was attentive and not pushy at all - which made the process a pleasant experience.

This dealer uses an AI system to automatically reply to any request for contact about a vehicle. It does not identify itself as AI
and in fact will give you different names (Jerry, Diane, etc.) on different days or cars. You communicate with this AI and
schedule things (big surprise, it doesn't schedule anything in actuality). It just gets you to go to the dealer where everyone is
clueless about you coming in and then is less than helpful in actually doing what you scheduled.

The most disappointing experience ever! I paid a good faith deposit on a Sat. to hold a BMW to purchase and listed arequest that they address a foul odor and to replace a belt for the alternator and a/c and the reciept was dated for Monday Sept. 30.and no work had been done! And I got the run around from them and no work had been done!
They were great at responding back and I set up an appointment with them to test drive two cars. I ended up showing up early, so the
person I was to meet wasn't there (no fault on them). The guy that took over was nice but when it came to the first test drive - never
happened. Seems like the car wouldn't start or the check engine light came on. So onto the next car, which I was interested in the added
options, like leather seats. Find that all the seats were damaged and most of the driver seat's was showing the wiring coils for the heating
system. I wish they weren't so shady in how they did the pictures of their car. I wouldn't have made the trip out there if I had known. What
they priced the car is most definitely not the worth.

Mark is the best!!! He helped me find the best fit for me and I will always recommend this place because this has been the easiest process I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle.
I never visited a more disjointed biz in my 50 plus year adult life. This place is not going to be around much longer. All of the signs are there. Short staffed, rude, and nobody on site seems to know who is in charge. Truly looks and acts like a badly run circus. The car I took to my mechanic and test drove has a transmission that is about to crap out. I requested an update when they had it repaired. All they want to talk about is selling me some other junk. That vehicle (pictured here) is still on the MMM site listed as available. It never was removed, not even for a day. Beware buying public. These guys have no street cred and don't respond in a timely manner. Too bad. I really wanted to buy this Lexus after it was fixed. No one ever got back to me with the promised update

..Liam was our salesman and he was polite and worked with us but when the manager came in with negotiations he played in our faces. The 2012 Chevy traverse was 5450 with 3-400 in taxes. After the pre buy inspection there was about $1500 worth of repairs (3 tires, right side door sensor replacement, physical damage to right side) we asked for $5900 and they came back with $6200... I said $6kcash and he refused the deal. He increased the price by $400 and considering the repair needed could have made the deal but wouldn't budge $200 a complete joke and completely disrespectful. The manager ruined the deal for Liam

I went to the dealership, the same car advertised was 7995. The car had some rust underneath, several scratches and dings all over, dash was damaged in several locations. Made an offer for 7500 out the door and was told it’s a fresh car on the lot and my offer was refused.

I had an appointment to see and test this truck on Friday 11/22. They texted and emailed me
several times to confirm. I was driving about 32 miles to their dealership and called them to
advise I would be a few minutes late due to Atlanta traffic. When I arrived we were met by a
very rude person who told us the truck was not there that it was in Lawrenceville. On my drive
home the manager called to apologize and stated that he would text me the address in
Lawrenceville so I could go by see and test drive the truck. That never happened. On
Saturday my room mate called and was told the truck was at the dealership and he could
see/test drive it so he drove to Marietta and actually test drove the truck. When he returned
(with cash in his pocket) he was working with salesman Nathan (a extremely nice
professional) when the same rude man we encountered the day before said the truck was
sold. "I'm in the business of selling not joy riding" I WOULDNOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS
PLACE TO ANYONE.

These guys are a bunch of scammers. I bought a vehicle that had major rust/frame issues that they never mentioned. I found out after the vehicle breaks down shortly after. The mechanic didn’t even want to get under the car it was so rusted. Metal was bending like it was plastic. Take your business elsewhere

beware! My sister and I drove an hour and
half to see a vehicle and it became apparent
that they were trying to take advantage of us.
The salesman took my license and insurance
card in order to drive the vehicle to Firestone
to get it checked out but management told
him we couldnt take it. When we questioned
why not we were cussed out by one of the
management and told to get out. It was such
a horrible experience. Still can't believe how
we were treated!!
I went to look at vehicle right before Mother's Day. I don't live in Marietta so I called ahead to verify the Van was there. Spoke with Zack who
assured me it was and to come in to see it. It wasn't there. Fed me a lot of nonsense about it just being sold. it was a wasted trip, wasted
time and wasted gas. The kicker is that it remained on their inventory for another 8+ weeks.
Now it's the first week of August and I found another Van that met my search criteria. Called ahead to verify it was there. They again
assured me that it was there and available. Made a point to describe my previous experience back in May. "Oh, Yes it's here". Made
another 45 min the trip again and it wasn't there. WTH??? It's a 10 days later and still listed in inventory
Okay, fool me once, shame on youi. Fool me twice, shame on me...
Horrible customer service and experience. Bait and switch scam? They have cheap cars and most of them on their lot aren't in very good
condition at all. Buyer Beware!

The best team in the industry
Went into the dealership and they took a long time. Was approved for a financing and once I told them what I was paying down ($2000) they
guy no longer wanted to assist me. He was very rude. Walked off while I was talking to him. If you go there please see Angel, he assisted me
after he saw that I was upset.

I spoke with the rep and advised that, since I would be driving 2 hours for this car, I wanted to make sure my credit application would be approved 1st (since I just purchased a house as well) and what my interest rate would be so that I could come test drive, give my downpayment & sign everything same day.
He had me submit all of my pay/bank statements then never answered anything else about it. On 3 seperate occasions, he would randomly ask me about a different car completely else ask me when I could test drive with him and when I would ask about the credit app, he would never reply. I'd just get another off the wall inquiry a day or 2 later. I finally gave up. I'm not even sure I was talking to a human. The interactions felt like it was an AI responding and never made sense as a response to whatever I'd said previously, altho he said he was my rep so I'm not sure. Perhaps he was new, but regardless, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great folks, got us the information and we ended up buying through them. Really great service and a good experience all around.
Bad experience here and I won’t recommend this place for any foreigner who wanna buy car.
We made a deal paid off, then time to register the car the manager said I need to pay additional money of tax before the car can be registered because the deal was excluded tax after 6 days. Really bad place , managers and sale personnel re dishonest and they defend it. It seems they like that because they all have the same language.

spoke to dealership on the phone who confirmed car was available. I lived 1 1/2 hr away and told him we were on the way. less than two hours later upon arrival man I talked to on the phone was nowhere to be found, and after two staff members searched the entire lot looking for the car, found out from management it had already been sold. disorganized and messy lot, especially considering the car is still listed online 48 hours later.

I paid all cash for my car. The sales person was very knowledgeable and went over and beyond. I got a Mazda tribute and couldn't be happier. I didn't want a car note and they more than delivered! I will definitely be back next year!

I received an immediate response to my message however, it took days to try to get the car inspected. Every time I called, I talked to a different person, some of my messages never got to the person Ieft it for, and I always had to call to find out what was going on. I changed my mind and didn't buy the car.

I went to look at this car and another car, ended up driving the other car first. That car had no heat, burned seats, and needed front end work. This car I wasn’t able to look at because it didn’t have a battery. I asked would they go down on any of the prices and was told NO, because they buy them from the auction and sell them wholesale. Well, that makes sense(not even).

All their SUVs $5,000 and under were in bad shape and not worth purchasing. They're stealing hard earned money from unsuspecting
customers who need cars at reasonable prices. They should be fully exposed and put out of all business operations whatsoever.
I called about it and was told how much it would cost. I got ahold of a mover
to transport it to Missouri, I then got a voice message telling me it would cost about $450 less because I would pay taxes in my state. An
hour later after it had been on the lot for a long time they told me sorry the car you wanted has been sold.

I contacted the dealer through CARGURUS.
I wanted him to tell me first about the vehicle before we spoke on the phone.
I Asked him simple questions like about AC functioning and Drive Train.
He answered email but ignored the questions I had asked, but instead telling me I need to call
I asked him again the same questions and got no answer back.
THEN...2 days later I got notice thru CARGURUS that the vehicle had been sold.
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES!!
The vehicle had been sitting there for such a long time and I had been following it.
THEN 1-2 days after an inquiry...POOF.. the vehicle is "SOLD".
Typical bait and switch so he could try to UPSELL ME another vehicle.
This is EXACTLY the kind of behavior I would expect from this sort of car dealer.

A quick email exchange, before I decided to buy new. No hassles.
Angel was great to work with... However Shady management literally took the pen out of my hands!!! I was at the table ready to purchase the vehicle when the manager cam e to me and said the individual whom was interested in buying the car a week prior was ready to buy and because they seen it 1st they get 1st choice… had they walked in 5min or so later the deal would have been done and I would have had the car.. but their inner office politics(not saying anyone was racist but race definitely played a role) was the reason they lost a good customer!!!

I came to this dealer to check out a vehicle which wasn’t available to test drive. They have a large selection of cars so I found something else I liked in my price range. Angel and Ely were both really helpful and responded quickly. I’m happy with my purchase and I would recommend this dealer.

Excellent service. I had a problem with my vehicle when I drove it off the lot. They told me to bring it back and they fixed it the same day. Special thanks to me salesman Angel.
The situation is a little sketchy at first. There is no mention of this information from the
beginning but the owners of the company work out of a small office in this building that looks
deserted, at least it did on this Saturday. Well, he pulls up in the car because the cars are
kept at a different lot about 10 minutes away. Which makes it challenging if I were to want to
see other options. Anyway, we went on a test drive and I decided that I wanted the car, we
went up to the office and we started the paperwork. As he does not accept card payments, I
did have to have the money in hand, and he did not mention that the amount mentioned
would not be enough to cover everything. Also, he acted as though it was breaking his arm
to take about $500 off the price of the car to make it the amount previously discussed.
Overall, it was weird but all was well and they were nice. Tip: Ask final cost before going.

We purchased this vehicle yesterday 1/5/2023. Everything seemed fine. However, we took it to have the tires replaced today 1/6/2023 and found that the entire frame was rusted and cracked. We contacted Eli and let him know we would like to return the truck. He spoke with the manager and said we could not return it and there was nothing they could do. We offered to trade this truck for another vehicle on their lot and the answer was still no. They claim they did not know about the damaged frame. This means either they do not inspect their vehicles before selling them or they’re lying about being aware of the damage. Do not purchase from this dealer.

to get a status update. When I finally did,
the loan officer was very rude to me like I
