Great team here. Would have no issue working with them again. Only downside that I had with working with them is they were unable to work on price, but they were withing KBB and NADA price points where most dealerships are priced high.

Fabian was very helpful. He immediately got in contact with me and set us up with an appointment. When we arrived to Millennium Auto Sales he was already waiting for us with keys in hand and the Infiniti parked by the door. It was great to be able to pull into the parking lot and have our choice car already waiting for us! He also explained some of the many features the Infiniti had and let us test drive the car without pressuring us or giving us a time limit. Overall a great dealership with helpful staff even in these tough times.

This was a great dealership to work with specifically Jose. He was very patient and transparent during the whole process. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a vehicle to start at Millennium.

I went in to test drive a car and was declined. I am selling my house and wanted to test drive some mid size SUVs to see what I would like. Because I told the salesman I wouldn't be buying today he refused the drive. Now in a month when I do buy, I won't be looking to Millenium.

They are horrible! Alex had me send him information on my trade in vehicle and then decided to sell the truck I was trying to buy. Alex is a horrible rep.

They responded to my question with multiple sales pitches and "Call me!!! Come in!!! See what we have!!! See what we can offer you!!!" ...but they never answered my question about the vehicle, which ironically probably would have brought us to their lot. Now I really don't want to deal with them and the pushy salesmanship.

They lied! As soon as I was approved on the financing they raised the price of the truck a thousand dollars than what we agreed on in writing on the sale price. Obviously no morals or integrity at this dealership. I would shop somewhere else.

I had a great experience at Millenium Auto! I would definitely recommend Carlos. He was friendly and professional, but not pushy. The buying process was easy and would have been really fast but we had a couple people in front of us to finalize their paperwork. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I would have liked to get the price down a little more, but I do still feel like I got a great deal.

Nice polite people but expect lowball price for your trade and to also pay a premium for their cars. We didn't buy there because they wanted to much for theirs and wanted to get big bucks down and offers the lowest trade value on ours in the Tri Cities.

They were very professional what a great experience

I traded in a BMW and purchased the SLK. Overall a good experience. Alex, our sales person, treated us well and listened to our needs and wants. I would give them a higher rating but completing the paperwork and followup after the sale wasn't as efficient as I expected.

During conversation with Alex in sales about the price of vehicle, he asked if I would drive to dealership. I replied by stating" why would I drive 3 hours when we cannot get close on price. Heating that he hung up! No goodbye, nothing. Glad I found out about company before I made a purchase. There motto is "Greed is Good"

Dealer did respond. Ruben was greast to deal with, and I hope to deal with him again in the near future.
