Was really excited drove an hour and a half. After contacting the office they were going to close at 6 but they were willing to stay open till I got there. Very professional on the phone and person at first. When we pulled in we were looking at a blue Suburban which was not in the world the mechanic then pulled in with it. So we took it for a test drive right down the road and back everything was good. Paid for cash and less than 5 miles down the road for the check engine light to come on. Which I thought was strange considering the mechanic just had it. Drove it back up they put the machine on turns out it's oxygen sensor easy fix. I don't even make it home. Mind you it's an hour and a half drive and the window falls out of its track the driver side. So we get home wiggle it up so it doesn't rain and give them a call the next day when they're open again. Boss wasn't in he said he'd get back to us. 4 days later still no call back well within those 4 days my brakes also locked up the tire monitor sensor gauge thing came on and I've called them about that. Unfortunately their bosses is ever there to deal with the customers according to the sales rep. So almost two weeks later I'm still waiting on a call back at least to see what they wanted to know exactly what was wrong or anything like that. No they're not going to call me back they got cash in hand and they're done with that vehicle I understand buying a used vehicle you take your chances but at least you can do is make your customers happy when they pay you $4,600 cash. At least give us a call back and see how the trucks doing or if there's anything wrong. Talk about professional I will not be recommending this place at all. Also the vehicle was listed for 153000 miles and when we got there and purchased it it was close to 159000 miles. So becarfull dealing with them

This was handily the smoothest and easiest deal that I've ever made. The salesperson was not pushy and instead was very casual and friendly. She definately made it comfortable and stress free. Even though they are under renovations they still managed to make us comfortable and feel welcome. The quality of their vehicles compared to price is above average and well worth a look. I definately would recommend them to anyone!

Very nice and friendly. Was willing to work with me and reduce price because of some rust on the inside of the liftgate of the Escape. Very small used car dealer, but trying to upgrade their facility. Vehicle wasn't cleaned and detailed as much as I would of liked, but overall a good experience.
