Earlier morning they texted me car available and I called him I can be there around 45 minutes they told me ok but After driving 30minutes they text me car vas sold they played with real buyers and they’re not really friendly

Quick with info, CarFax and extra photos. Hannah did a great job, and cared that I was getting the right vehicle, even if it wasn’t the one they had.

I ended up buying a 2020 Frontier remotely as I was not able to go there due to foot surgery. Jim was very helpful in helping the process, we made the deal and he had the truck sent down. Waste of my time and money. Was seriously interested in this vehicle. Visited them personally. Customer service nonexistent. Provided vehicle that didn't pass safety inspection.

We bought a car! Not this car but another. The 2 hour drive was totally worth it. They’re a no pressure dealership with a mature, friendly staff. Our salesman Jan was great & the sales manager Tony Calhoun called to follow up & tell us MA was closing the sales floor due to the virus & would get back to me when they reopened. All good!

Very Helpful and Answered All My Questions

They answered a few questions i had quickly. Pictures of the vehicle interior were not accurate though. All but one picture showed back seating but vehicle has a black and brown interior.

Very good dealership did not have what I was looking for

After over two months of hunting, I found my dream car online at Milford Nissan. Since it is a rare vehicle and I live an hour and a half away, I contacted them and requested detailed photographs of the vehicle before driving out. Christopher did so and replied within minutes so I drove out to see the vehicle and took it for a test drive with Fifi. She was the most knowledgeable salesperson that I had met in two months. She knew every detail of the car. Since they had just taken in the vehicle the night before, it hadn’t been cleaned yet. I placed a deposit on the vehicle and made very specific requests, all of which were graciously met by Todd R. and Fifi H. made sure of it. Dan Jordan also provided excellent assistance with this transaction. When they received the title, Fifi contacted me so that we could complete the sale and register, insure and inspect the vehicle. When I arrived, everyone was very helpful. General Manager, Tony, ensures that I had everything I needed. A+++

Very low pressure. I bought the truck from them because they weren't constantly sending email or calling.

They wre friendly when I called and gave me a good test drive. I ended up texting later in the week that I had to delay my car search for a few months as my situation had changed until mid-Fall. I expected a courteous reply that they would get back in touch, but then the man did not reply. I would have liked a reply if they wanted me business this coming Autumn, so I was not impressed by that.

I ended up buying the Jeep. They were friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and gave me space to look at the vehicle and time to think on it. I’m awaiting the vehicle (they agreed to fix the few things I found wrong with it) and can’t wait to start driving it.

Good experience

Great experience with Milford Nissan. Easy purchase online with no hassle and just one trip to the dealership to pick up the car. A fair deal and overall very pleased. Would definitely use their services again.

So far so good, the only con was waiting for the title. 5 days so far. Car is as advertised, staff is pleasant to work with. Got a loaner car today till the title comes.

Poor communication from the salesman. I had to beg him to give me information.The last communication from him was to tell me the car has been sold .

Not a good experience . Ready to buy car. Waited 3 weeks for the title to come in. Day of sale, took car for a drive and realized air conditioner didn’t work. Waited 2 hours for garage to asses it. Couldn’t figure it out. Wouldn’t sell the car to us, due to not knowing how much it would cost to fix. Left with no car and check in fill still in hand. Manager apologetic, but did not offer to get another car at same price and did not follow up at all. Disappointed all around.

Service was great in an out

Got back to me quickly, very responsive online. Held the car that I was looking at even though someone else was looking at it That same day.I was treated well at the dealership and they made the process easy. They lose a star because after I bought the car they failed to get the registration out to me in the mail. I called to inquire two weeks after my purchase and at that point they emailed the registration to me. Someone had dropped the ball in this area.

I drove an hour from my home to make my 10:30 appointment. I was in contact with a salesperson at this dealership for the previous few days. I showed up only to find that the person I was supposed to meet was not there that day. I was passed off to someone who knew nothing about the car I was interested in. He could not answer any of my questions. The vehicle was not the model as advertised at all. Very disappointing.

Wayne was very nice and helpful. The 2015 Armada was unfortunately out of my price range but if anything changes I will be back.

I feel I was put off and that the reply, 3 days later was because I asked for an estimate of the price given a trade. I live over an hour away and feel it was in part a come on.

Great it was worth the trip

Contacted very quickly. Had a nice experience. I hate buying cars as most people probably do. That being said, it was an easy experience at Milford Nissan. Would go back in the future for the right deal.

Had a positive experience. Went in to Milford Nissan to tests drive a Juke that my wife had seen on-line, got a trade-in value for her 2008 Honda Accord and drove home our new (used) Juke.
