It seems like the advertised price was not the actual price. The listing said doc fees were included and they tried to add them on again ($899) with a $600 "lemon fee" on a used car. When I mentioned these things they said the cash price would be $1500 higher than the advertised price. Buyer beware.

Great dealership! Put in a form online asking about a vehicle. I was immediately contacted by Tyson. Set up an appointment to go see the vehicle. Was a little arriving there but he held the vehicle for me and I got exactly what I wanted. Drove off with a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV!

Just like someone said in a past review about being led on when it came to the financing terms. Told I was approved and only wanted to tell me part of my financing terms but never gave me an answer or have a finance manager contact me about my terms. I was a couple days away from booking my flight to get this car but how they communicated never getting back to me but wanting more information from is crazy. Then when I tell them I’m not interested in the car no more and to give me my deposit back everyone was shocked. Shocked how? They failed to communicate even though I kept asking for my terms but surprised I don’t want to do business with a place that can’t even simply communicate. If anyone of you people go through the same thing, trust me and find another dealership because we the customer deserve simple communication especially if being an out of state buyer like me.

We had a good experience with Mike Rezi Nissan. We were able to buy the car and have it delivered. We had everything lined up including our financing. Unfortunately, we were unable to use our own financing and the dealership was unwilling to discuss lowering the vehicle price unless we came in to the dealership in person. That was a bit of a letdown. Truly feel we could have been taken much more seriously as online buyers trying to save time. We still chose to buy the vehicle but we have also driven Nissans for almost 30 years and knew the company and product well. Had we not, I would have walked away as I do not feel they took us seriously enough.

My experience was awful! On my trade in they lie about what they would give me 5,000 then it dropped to 4,000. When asked no explanation and when I pressured for an answer they came up with a a lie about this bank took fees from my trade in. Which was a payoff truck with title in hand. And to add on top of that they had the nerves to request a down payment crazy indeed! Which did not make any sense. More lies from Connor and especially this finance lady in regards to repairs to the truck. Connor lied and stated that the dealership was going to replace the center console and going to fix the crack in the windshield none of that took place. Connor had the audacity to tell me to fix the center console myself which should have been fixed when they so call inspected the Nissan Titan. I tell anyone to stay away from Mike Renzin Nissan in Atlanta runaway runaway. I repeat run away from them.

I did my research on this vehicle before going into the dealership I already knew what I wanted the price that I wanted to stay within and my monthly payments this car buying experience was by far the best that I had in my history of buying cars the sales associate was very helpful and even got me a better rate with a finance company other than the one I had already been pre-approved for. I would recommend Mike resin Nissan of Atlanta to anyone looking to buy a car.

Dealer responded promptly to my show of interest. The sales rep. answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make a deal over the phone. Several days later I drove 500 miles to pick up my new truck. There were no surprises and everything was as promised. I am a satisfied customer and should I purchase another new vehicle I would gladly drive 500 rather than buy locally.

Dealer appears to play games with pricing listed online. Had a car listed for a specific price on CarGurus. We drove down to check it out and when we started negotiating, they wanted us to pay for the things they did to the car to get it ready for sale (tire rotation and alignment, and other things), that added almost $1500 to the price they listed it on CarGurus. I expect things like Doc Fees, tax, tag, title. But feel that tacking on a bunch of other crap they did to get the car ready for sale was a bit of a bait and switch. That should all be included in the listed price of the car. We ended up buying a car at different dealership that very same day.

They had a vehicle sitting for almost 150 days and refused to match the lowest price they listed at just a few weeks prior. Saying the days on the market did not matter. The sales associate really just stood there and smiled didn’t give much specs or “sales information” besides here’s the numbers with a grin on his face. If you’re a salesman than where is the effort? Overall disappointing experience just like any other dealership.

Very nice . negotiation was easy. Sales person was very nice and helpful his name is Chaitanya patel. So anyone visiting please see him explained everything about the use of the car very patient. I wasn't the best client being jerked around by other dealers, but he and his manager was professional and itemized each charge . I bought new but still great experience.

I LOVED my car buying experience with Jack he took care of my car buying experience from beginning to end. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from this dealer as long as Jack is my sales rep. He was patience and understand of my needs and helped me selected the perfect vehicle. The discounts were AMAZING I'm just sad I couldn't give them 20 stars for their services. Keep up the great work we need more dealerships like this around.

My experience was good. My wife and I purchased the vehicle but some of the sales service experience could be improved. We did not receive the owners Manuel and service warranty’s booklets before departing though they were requested. Also; one of the hub caps had curb rash on it (though the car had 10 miles and was on the showroom floor) when initially inspected. The dealership did replace with another matching rim & tire before our departure but in doing so removed all lock-in lug nuts from all the rims. After my departure (my wife and I drove 400+ miles to make the purchase) we discovered no manuals and all lock-lug nuts were not replaced. When notification was given to the dealership (same day as the purchase) we had to wait 2 weeks to receive the manuals and a set of lock-in lug nuts. In the mean time we discovered the convertible top was rubbing when being put up and down. Our local Nissan dealership communicated to use our 2019 new model had a Manufacture recall on its top.

This dealer was horrible. They led me on, refusing to provide my financing rate until ultimately selling the vehicle out from under me while I was waiting for them to reply. Then attempted to sell me another vehicle, classic bait and switch. I was lied to by two different people and the salesman was both unprofessional and seemed to have no working knowledge of how the process should have worked. I was told the entire deal was done at 7:00 pm and just had to come down and sign, then when I asked what my financing rate was (keeping in mind I had pre-arranged financing with BOA and Cap One), I was told only the financing manager could tell me, while waiting for him to contact me next morning, the salesman texted me they had sold my vehicle to another buyer who walked in off the street. Searching the internet , found over 30 complaints about this dealer with the BBB, stay away, these are text book slimy used car salesman, should be closed down.

Dealer contacted me...set up test drive for next day. I received a video via email with a brief virtual tour of the car and its features. IMMACULATE condition! Loved it and the customer service was EXCELLENT! The BEST car buying experience I've ever had...from the receptionist, to salesperson, manager and believe it or not finance dept. Sales person was pretty nice but sales manager did not want to work with me on the price, as soon as I stooped talking to them, they lowered advertised price to what I was asking for, very frustrating because I was ready to buy.

Gave a low ball number for my trade. I showed them several places that said what my trade.was.worth but they kept insisting I come in. I know to get exact numbers I would.need yo come there but they started way too low and was trying to just get me in the door. Just be honest and do things right next time.

Dealer contacted me within 1 business day, but did not reference the car, just the make/model but I contacted 3 dealers at the same time for details on the same make/model. In short, this dealer made it difficult for me to follow-up and I gave up and purchased from another dealer who responded with more details.

They responded the next day and I went in and purchased this exact vehicle but the platinum model, brand new. It was a quick and easy experience. The only complaint is that the SD card was missing from my car which prevented a lot of features from being used properly so two days after purchasing I had to take the car back to them and leave it so the card can be ordered and installed.They still have the car.......

Being from it of town we called to get specifics on a car they were advertising. We advised them we could fly into town the next day to look at the car. They then called me back and said they had a offer on the car and said we could go higher than the offer and they would sale it to us instead. We advised we would not make the trip unless the car would for sure be there. They advised it was first come first serve so we told them we would just keep looking if they could not take a deposit and hold overnight. They stated they could not do this at it was first come first serve. Out of curiosity the next day we called and ask about the car again they said it was there but still could not garuntee it would be there if we came the next day. We had a friend on the lot by this time looking for the car. This specific car was not even in their lot at the time of the call. Our friend inquired about the car and was told it sold the day before. While they are on the phone telling me it was there. Fast forward 3 days they are still advertising this same car. We called again just to inquire same song and dance yes it is here, we can’t hold, we have a offer pending, but I’m sure when you get here we will have similar cars if it happens to sale.. total waste of time if you are traveling from out of town as It seems they advertise low price nice cars just to get you here when they don’t really even have that car.

The car shown to me had 36K miles not 29K miles. It was not charged up, and could not readily be charged up, since it did not have a quick-charge port. When I arrived, I asked for someone knowledgeable about LEAF cars. The person I first spoke to said she was rained on LEAFs, but dhe also said that she did not own one. Later, she did not know the difference between a 220V plug and a 110V plug. By e-mail I had asked whether they had other used LEAFs in stock, and was sent a list of three more. Those additional cars were not at the same location, so I could not see any of them there. Overall, a disappointing experience!

I live in Louisiana and was looking to purchase a vehicle in Atlanta because the price was cheaper. I called and was connected to the internet sales manager. The internet sale manager was very rude. He quoted me a price then backed out the deal. He wouldn't let me speak with the general manager after i started questioning him about the process.

This was the worst experience I ever had trying to buy a car at this dealership. I will never buy from them and I would not recommend them to anyone. They sold this car right from under me after they ran all my information and aproved me and started my paper work on the vehicle. I live almost 2hr away they called me while I was on the road and told me they just sold it and then they was trying to find me another car that I like in my price range and when I did find one they told me they will hold it for me and it will be waiting for me at the dealership but then they called me back 30mins later and said they cany find the keys to the car. I was very upset because I was 30mins away from the dealership. What a total waste of time and gas. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

I got several emails from different people at Nally Nissan before I made the 2 hour drive over. One email told me to ask for a particular person when I got there, which is what I did. I was told he (the person who emailed me) was the manager and that someone else would be helping me. I went through several different people, only to find that the salesperson who greeted me at the door, would be the person to help me. One of the emails I received was from the internet manager. We discussed my trade, and I was asked for my VIN. I immediately told him (the internet sales manager) that my car had been in an accident and that it had been repaired immediately with no issues. He then gave me a range of estimates on what my car would be worth, based on one of the books like KBB (it wasn't KBB, but another). He said that my car might be worth more once appraised in person. The ranges he gave me were within the range I expected, so I promised to come over on Friday of the same week. Once I got to the correct salesperson at the dealership, we took the Armada for a test drive and of course we loved it. It was then time to talk numbers. The salesperson went and got a "deal" for us (my husband and me), which was over $10K different than the numbers I expected. Upon looking closely at the "deal" the dealership offered me about $6000 less for my vehicle than the original estimates (mid-range of the original estimate). Once I was in the dealership, the book that showed my car's value was DIFFERENT than the book used to quote me the estimated value. It was evidently a wholesale book or low ball book. The salesperson had taken my keys and had taken them over to the deal-making booth. I asked for my keys. He walked over to the booth and then came back with a "deal" $1000 different than the original. I had to ask for my keys a second time. The "deal-maker" came out to introduce himself to me. I again asked for my keys and finally left. Had I known I would have been taken for a fool (which evidently I am), I would not have wasted a day of vacation (both my husband and myself) and over 5 hours of our day in horrible traffic. Nope, won't be back and nope, would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I found the Murano I was looking for on Cargurus: low mileage, perfect color inside and out, and extras. I would have loved to have done business with my local Nissan dealership but they are so pushy and I caught them in several lies but that's another story for another time. I made an appointment to come in on a Saturday morning and the dealership is over an hour drive. Lloyd was my salesperson and he was very nice and not pushy. I think he did everything he could to make the experience pleasant since this is usually stressful for me and I had been driving my Camry 10.5 years. Lloyd did an excellent job even though he was getting pulled in different directions as the dealership got extremely busy. I highly suggest going on a less busy day if you can. I had to go on a day my husband and I could both go and unfortunately it was a Saturday but that's real life. Lloyd was very patient with me and I know he probably wanted to scream because it took me a while to decide if I wanted to pay a little more on getting the car I wanted or pay a couple grand less and get a vehicle I may regret. So... finally I made the decision to get this beautiful SUV and I'm still in love with it!! A couple of days later I had a oil change message come up on the screen. I called Lloyd on his cell and he said he would find out how to reset it and call me back. My first thought was I will never hear from him again and I figured out how to reset it myself. Lloyd called me back and honestly I was shocked! I really thought he never would call and I told him I figured it out and he told me if I had any other concerns to give him a call. I highly recommend this young man. CON: The only con I have is they gave me the lowest of any dealership for my trade. If I had it to do over again I would have sold it and used the money and paid it on the vehicle. Since then I've had people call wanting to buy my Camry since it was a one owner and only had 180K miles on it. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars otherwise I would give the dealership a 5 star rating. Lloyd is a great asset to Nalley Nissan and I suggest asking for him.

Great service and excellent follow up from the salesperson Latonya. I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped from Nalley Nissan in Decatur, GA to Grosse Pointe , MI. I felt totally comfortable making this purchase without first "kicking the tires". I would definitely reccomend Nalley to anyone looking for a high end car.

I received a quick response to my email. All my questions were answered. I had the pleasure of doing business with a wonderful sales woman by the name of Jody Artale. I was coming in from out of state to pick this car up and from the moment she picked me up from the car rental drop off to when I drove off Nalley Lexus lot I was treated like royalty. Nalley Lexus is a beautiful Dealership with a great staff of employees.
