Blake at Mike Reichenbach was very helpful. When I showed up to test drive the van, it was a little dirty
inside. After I drove the van they cleaned the inside and filled it with gas. Everyone at the dealership
was nice and helpful.

Offered me 3,500 less than dealer excellent trade in price for KBB,and NADA,Price for the vehicle they had was listed for higher value then dealer KBB,or NADA by about 2k,wouldn't budge on price even though the vehicle needed serious work,lied and said vehicle was already serviced and inspected,when the oil life was at %18,the tires were almost flat,interior and exterior was dirty and beat to hell. Honestly the worst dealer experience I have had in the past 10 years

They did however manage to get in touch with me. Was told they would call me back before the end of the day but here it is 4 days later and still haven’t heard anything.

Car had issues And missing parts, but dealer wasn’t concerned about
the issues or missing parts. Before they’d CONSIDER looking at the
issues, I had to commit to purchase - the missing parts were just
missing and the ask price was firm. I’m not sure who would commit to
purchase a car until either the issues were resolved or the customer
knew whether or not the issues were repairable.
Anyway, I found another like vehicle in better condition and without
the issues elsewhere later that day. ...and to think I was the only
person on the lot looking to purchase.

Very upsetting, scheduled an appointment on Wednesday to come on Saturday to come view the car with the intention of buying it. Was never asked for a deposit, got a call on Saturday morning when I was ready to leave and drive 1 1/2 hours to see the car and was told that they sold it Friday night. Very upsetting!

Curt Brown responded quickly. He was very professional. Unfortunately the deal didn't work out because the dealership wouldn't provide an off the lot 90 day warranty. As a cash buyer that sent up a red flag especially since the vehicle has been on the lot close to 80 days. Found a better deal with a 90 day warranty somewhere else.
The listed car has been listed for a week and 1/2... I was to receive photos
and more info once it was "back on the lot", but this mystery vehicle has yet
to show...
7/7: I finally got a picture of the car parked in what I can only assume was a salesman's home carport. I decided not to pursue it any further as it was black, something else I
couldn't get any info on until I saw the pic.
