Midwestern Wheels, Inc., doing business as Avis Car Sales, has been selling quality pre-owned vehicles in Appleton since 1974. Our pre-owned inventory is not limited to the vehicles you see on our website. We have additional inventory in our rental fleet that can be made available for sale at any of our locations. If you’re looking for a specific vehicle, special features, or even your favorite color, we would be happy to search our inventory for you. Midwestern Wheels, Inc. purchases all our vehicles new directly from the manufacturers and retains meticulous maintenance records starting the day we purchase the vehicle. The vehicle I went to see wasn't in good working order, they had another one, that was more money
of course. They are unwilling to negotiate - at all, they have a high documentation fee that is
excessive in my opinion, and when I asked for an on the road price, they are in Wisconsin and I live
in Michigan, they added another $200 title fee - which made no sense, since I have to pay for title
transfer and taxes when I get back to Michigan.
The salesman was very kind and responsive though, they held the vehicle for me with no money
down. I didn't end up buying from them, but would have, had the vehicle I wanted worked properly.
