was in consideration until I looked at the front seat and passenger area as well as the dashboard, The dealer was great, the car?? I feel like the first pictures I saw of this vehicle were misleading as what I saw in later pictures was not there.

Drove an hour and a half to see a 2015 Odyssey Touring Elite. Upon arriving there with my pregnant wife , sales man just hands me the keys and tells me to find the van myself in the lot. It was about 20 degrees outside . When looking at the vehicle we were suprised of how dirty and beat up the van was. There was a seat that was clearly a different color than the rest . Floor was all stained and dirty. Alot of missing interior parts including cup holders . Car was very dirty on the inside and out . Scratches all around the car. I told the sales man that the van was all beat up and he responded with "okay whatever, have a nice day." Bad customer service and all the cars I seen there were beat up and old. Worst experience ever.

People were very nice, however left the lot with several little things wrong that should have been remedied before leaving. No offer was made. The lot was unwilling to budge on pricing. I love the vehicle and am grateful for the financing. We had a large down payment and subperfect credit, however a large intrest rate was still imposed. Its been a week and I have not received a call telling me I can go register the vehicle. I realize there is time, just dont want my time cut short too. Overall, not a bad experience, feel like it could have been better.

Good afternoon, We appreciate your feedback, however, it is hard to respond or address the issues when additional details are not provided. The market is making it very difficult to buy. We price our vehicles very competitively so we do not have room to drop pricing to what people would like. We have no control over interest rates regardless of how much you are bringing down, that is based on your credit and determined by the lender. You were giving a 45 day temporary plate at time of purchase, it will take 3-4 weeks to process the title work any dealer you go to, we don't control that either,

I found a van on CarGurus that was listed through Midwest Motors. I called and asked for information regarding the van due to us being 2.5 hours away. The salesman stated he would take a video of the van and send it to me in 10 minutes. He then stated that he would take the van for a drive to let me know if anything was wrong with it. An hour later I got a short video of the van. We agreed on a price and I stated I would purchase the van if it drove and looked as good as the pictures. I also asked about any major damage or dents. The salesman stated that there were scuffs and scratches on the outside of the van but nothing major. Drove over 2.5 hours to look at the van and it had hail damage all over it that was not disclosed. Offered $500 off the price for the thousands of dollars worth of damage that was not disclosed of. The excuse I got was, “We didn’t know it had the damage”. Very poor excuse and did nothing to make it right. I would not recommend buying from them.

We do have a lot of customers coming in and out so I apologize that it was not within the 10 minutes timeframe, the fact we sent one is a great customer service. The hail damage was not disclosed because we did not know about it, and with all honesty most customers would have not noticed just like us; you yourself and your wife both admitted that it is difficult to see unless you are standing at the right angle and in the right light.

I wasn't greeted or acknowledged upon entering. When the sales person did get to me? He walked me outside, handed me the keys. Told me to look at it. If I like it? To drive it up to the door so they could copy my license. The car wasn't clean. Had to running lights busted out. The inside was filthy. The carpets had spider webs. There were cracks in the plastic molding. When I asked the sales person about these concerns? I was dismissed with a simple "All cars are sold as is". Terrible. And I had an appointment with the salesperson. I'd not recommend, nor purchase from them.

My issue with this review is that after all of your experience according to your review, you still sat down, had a cordial conversation with me. You filled out a credit application; we discussed the small cosmetic things on the car, you were giving you the choice if you want it or not and you went through with the application and even followed up via phone call and email after leaving to see if any other company we dealt with was able to get you approved. Only when we told you no one will approve you all a sudden your experience was "horrible"?

First of all the vehicle was available when we responded, you took an hour to respond back and in that time we took a deposit on it. It is not rocket science to understand in this business cars move quickly, they do not wait for your response. Second of all, as a dealer I do not need to deal with sub prime credit. That is an option I offer, and I deal with westlake all of the time so the idea of you mentioning them and all of a sudden the vehicle becoming unavailble is ridiculous

Trucks are priced above market yet the salesmen won't negotiate on price. Front fender of the truck was damaged. Information online says no accidents. I wouldn't recommend.

They're good people. They couldn't get me approved for the auto loan. I understand that on the surface, but one reason they couldn't is fact that they didn't know me. They didn't know what my story was. Having been in the car business all my life (42 years) there's always a story to be told. Not just a name other information you see on a credit application. You need to tell the lenders who I am and what I'm about. It's not about sending my application and sending to someone who is going to look at the information make a judgement call based on just that information... He/she they don't know either. Oh well I guess they never will. Think about it, this is how you make a living, how you feed your family. Let's get creative, let's work every deal like it's your last one! Thank you and God Bless.. Midwest Motors, Indianapolis, IN...I contacted the dealership about a 2011 Toyota Tundra. When we spoke they said they needed to check on it because they thought the 4WD might be going bad in the truck we were looking at. They stated they would check and call us back in a few days. When they called back in a few days they asked if they could help us, I asked about the status of the truck we had been looking at and he (it was a different salesman) didn't know. No one called us back after that. We bought the same truck from a closer dealer. Interactions were friendly. Follow up could use some work.

They were fast to respond and invite me in for a car that wasnt even on the lot. I was told it was at a body shop getting a bumper "touched up". Made a second trip to lot because I recieved a call saying car would be back by the time I got off work. Got to lot, car still not there. 3 days later, ive still not recieved a call back or anything saying the car was there, or it wasnt because can and may arise, but since my second trip to lot. I havent heard a peep. Very unsatisfied with service or non-service I recieved from Midwest Motors.

Great inventory with reasonable prices. Very quick response to contact and very professional throughout experience. Humble and professional staff,never felt pressured into anything with very quick service during purchase. Very greatful I chose this dealer for my purchase!! Called for vehicle to check see if they still had it. They did, went and took it for a test drive. Informed them that we had a few more vehicles to test drive that same day. By the time we got back to buy from them. They had already sent it away and had it detailed for us. The paperwork took about 15 minutes and that was it. Omar was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle and helpful!

This Company is a class act. Suprisingly very Beautiful office. The owners were great, no pressure and the deal on a 2013 BMWX3 for daughter was fabulous.I wil go there again. Its a haul from Carmel to the west side nut well worth the drive

Midwest Motors was a low-pressure, but professional in every way, dealership. Little things like having the car I was interested in waiting and running meant a lot to me. Price negotiations were upfront and professional. I spoke to one person in his quiet office. No running to see some manager. He took care of everything. Took maybe 15 minutes to come to agreeable terms. I was able to test drive on my own which allowed me to concentrate on evaluating the car instead of a salesman. The purchase and pick-up were simple and direct. I will return here first and recommend buyers take a look here too.

First of all I'd like to say that I worked with Jay, He was fantastic. I left a message requesting more information on the A6. He called me on Monday to let me know it was still available and told me all the features it had. I asked if he could gt me finaced and he call me back within the hour and told me he had me all set with 100% financing. I went on line to uship and got a quote for 440. To bring it to Florida, they picked it up Tuesday and it was delivered Wednesday, wow, It was the smoothest purchase I have ever made. Thank you Jay and to the whole teem who work on getting the deal done. My wife loves the car.

My husband and I took a day to come view a vehicle at this location, we live about an hour and a half away but were willing to make the drive and hopefully drive home in a new car. My husband and I called off work in order to make the 3.5 hour round trip drive, before leaving our town we decided to call the dealership one more time to confirm a visit and that the vehicle was still available, the salesman assured us it was still on the lot and that they will be expecting us. An hour and a half later we arrive at the dealership and we're asked to wait a moment inside, we then decided to just go outside and look around and see if we could find the vehicle we were interested in. We find it and the (who I assume to be boss) of the dealership met us at the car and began giving information on it. My husband looked and mentioned the tire was really low. So the (boss?) stated it was a simple fix that they're working on, a tire stem. My husband and I stood there 20 minutes while they attempted to fix the tire, 6 o'clock rolled around ( time to close!) and they tell us that the car will be ready Saturday for a test drive. Frustrated, we made the hour and a half trip home. My husband and I felt that the owner should have informed us that the car wasn't ready. After all we had just called before driving down. Now I wasn't even going to leave a review until the following day I received an email. The same guy I was in contact with via email Stated that the car is fixed and that the problem was "out of their hands." Essentially denying any responsibility for what happened. I understand they didn't purposely ensure the tire was flat, but the fact that I had been in contact about the vehicle for days prior and then called before coming down left no excuse to disclose "oh by the way you can't test drive it." I felt if this is how This dealership denies a mistake then there's no way I could trust buying a vehicle from them. I could just see it, buying a car then calling about a potential issue just to hear "it's out of our hands."

So sorry you feel that way. The car was ready but when the customer were looking at the car and checking it out they mentioned that one of the tires was low so when we tried to put air in it, the stem broke and came out and we couldn't fix then. It's an honest mistake and could have happened with anyone.  I did apologize sincerely and told them it will be fixed the next day but they said they can't come the next day and they will the following Saturday.  We fixed the problem immediately the next day and sent an email apologizing again about the in-convenience and told them the car is ready, ne

Probably should have done a better job of disclosure on this car as it was a salvage 750 with Alpina parts on it---not a real one. In the discussion they did honestly disclose this, however but the description could be misleading to less informed people as these is no such thing as an "Alpina" package.

Thanks for the input.  I am sorry but this is not a Salvage car, it has a clean car title with a clean Carfax.  I though it's very clear this is not an Alpina, actually you will not find the car if you search for an Alpina; you will find it under 750 but. When I bought the car from the Auction, it clearly stated in the CR that it has an Alpina pkg and that's what we advertised as.  Again thank you an sorry for any confusion we have caused to you.
