The salesperson was very helpful & courteous. But like most dealers, they tack on a couple of thousand dollars in dealer fee's over their online listed prices. Even with this, they were one of the better dealers that I reached out to. I would not hesitate to reach out to them once again.

Prices different on line. Vehicle listed at 44k online but when you call , the price is all of a sudden 55k. But they of coarse have other vehicles to show you.

Best car-buying experience ever!! Dealer offered a great price on the car. The staff went above and beyond to help me. When they learned I was coming from out of state and hoped to buy the car the next morning, they either with me until 11:00 at night to make sure everything was prepared. The even offered to pick me up from the airport in the wee early hours of the morning before the dealership even opened, and offered to give me a ride to the bank to avoid taxi fees. Patiently answered ALL my questions. And showed me how to work all the new features in the car. I’m not very tech savvy so they even synced my phone to the car for me and programmed my address into the GPS. Gold star service from start to finish!

Hiram contacted me initially however Javier was the sales associate who took us on the test drive. He did not seem very engaged, had little knowledge about vehicle...didn't know what E85 or ethanol-mix was. Stated car wasn't on run-flat tires however there was no jack in the vehicle. Stated that since it was used it hadn't come with a jack.

Took ages to get me info on car on which I was willing to put a deposit. Then sold it out from under me. Then never called me to inform me. As a former Dodge dealer this is a perfect example of a Dealer successful in spite of themselves.

By the time I got there after gathering all my documents and they told me to come, they had another guy there trying to finance. Completely unprofessional

Contacted dealer. Told them I was a cash buyer and would transport vehicle to another state. Dealer immediately raised price cost of transport. This dealer does not seem to work with out of state buyers. I feel kited.

Sales staff was extremely helpful in getting us a vehicle. Not only did they find what we needed, but they reduced the price by almost 20% of a used vehicle that we needed to replace a vehicle that we lost in the hurricane. When it comes time to buy new, I will definitely come back to Midway Ford as they treated us like family.

I know my husband credit and a first we tried as a trade but I'm upside down which is fine, but than I called back to see if we could just do without trade and I didn't get calls back, I had to keep following up and also was told a crazy amount of money was needed to have a car which I know was wrong, so we ended up going to Mercedes Benz and not only did we get our Durango, for me my husband got a car to so 2 cars and all someone had to do was act like they cared, thank you for your time but I'm glad you didn't want to make a deal.
