Drive 7+ hours one way for the vehicle to not be clean, dog hair, food, & mud all over underbody. After driving short distance, had a fresh oil leak & battery issue. Communication was ok, yet it seems they do not have a good idea of what a “quality vehicle” is or how to properly present. Sat with manager for 10 minutes with cash offer after reviewing vehicle with a shop & they did not want to work with us. After leaving they raised the price of the vehicle $2,000.

I had a terrible experience with Midway. I attempted to look at this SUV three times over the course of a month as I live 150m away and every time I got the run around by Midway and they never knew where the vehicle was. Kept telling me it was out and the last time I stopped they told me "it is at one of our other stores." After my third stop at the dealership, when they told me it was in Wyoming, I actually found the car at a Honda Dealership in Billings, Underriner, and looked at the outside of the vehicle by myself. I called Midway, but they refused to come and make it convenient for me to look at the car on this 4th attempt so I looked over the outside of the vehicle and it had obviously been wrecked as the hood was way out of plumb with the body. I was told it had been minor damage, a sideswipe, but it was obvious from looking underneath and at the hood that it had been hit pretty hard in the front also. Beware that this dealership seemed to have some honesty issues.

Midway prides itself in full disclosure of all information it has on every vehicle on the lot. A Carfax was provided to this customer. No attempt to deceive was ever made. It was an unfortunate situation with the vehicle was not here when the customer stopped by but no attempt to call to make sure the vehicle was here was ever made by the customer. Calling for an appointment, or simply calling to make sure the vehicle was here would have saved him time and effort.

Terrible service. I wasn’t contacted on this vehicle but I got ahold of them by accident on another vehicle. I had to put down $500 deposit that he promised I could get back if I didn’t like the vehicle. When the time came to give it back he then said he couldn’t give it to me. I had to fight the charge thru my bank. The first time I was out there we just had very little service.

Very happy with the outcome of buying this vehicle. But salesman was unprofessional at times with only texting and very hard to get ahold of. It was like I had to ask for the information if I wanted it. He didn’t do a good job selling me the vehicle. It was just that I wanted it so bad I was not going to stop. When I had questions he did answer. I honestly think he was just very busy with too many customers. However the driver that delivered the vehicle was very personable and helped me with all paperwork and questions I had finalizing the deal.

Although I didn't get the dodge 2500 I was initially looking at I ended up with an awesome 2010 F350. Thanks to the awesome team at midway auto in laurel. I would definitely recommend them for your next car purchase.
