I had requested the price of the vehicle listed as they did not specify a price on their listing. I was then contacted via text by someone who did not have the price. I opted out of further communication. They then called me 3 times that evening and texted me from another phone number. I told a caller that day and two others over the next few days that I had unsubscribed from their communications via email and text and told the previous calls to please remove me from their call list. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere and was still receiving phone calls. I had to tell them again over the phone to stop calling because despite a confirmation message that I had been unsubscribed via text and email I was STILL receiving communications. It was incredibly off putting from ever dealing with this dealership in the future.

Great overall experience. Drove about an hour to get there and would still recommend these guys even to people near me. I dealt with Donovan, Ray, and Vinny all of which were genuine and were cool guys too work with. I ended up buying a vehicle from MidState which they got me a great price on and I'm looking forward to continue working with them.

I was suppose to look at the vehicle, but I got tied up with family issues, old folks with cancer and dementia going on. The next day I got a call from a salesman and he asked how he could wow me. So I told him I was considering his truck with 10,000 miles on it at $56,500 and a new one at $62,000 and change. I told him give me a better price. He said he would see what he could do to make the deal better and wow me, but I haven't heard from him for days. Guess he couldn't wow me after all.

I just bought a truck from MidState Auto Group. From test drive to even after finalizing the deal, everyone was very helpful especially when there happened to be an issue or concern, they made sure everything was taken care of without hassle. The whole process went very smooth and the people are very accessible and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend MidState Auto Group in Auburn to anyone interested in buying a used car or truck.
