I gave them a 2 hour time stamp in when I was gonna arrive to test out a vehicle. They didn’t check the vehicle before hand and I almost crashed on the highway. The tires were too low and the engine was about to blow. Wouldn’t recommend, no matter the prices.

Didn’t buy a car but these guys are amazing, super respectful and you can tell they care, much respect

This dealer refused to send pictures of frame. Due to the truck being in Ohio I know the salt is bad up there I was not going to drive 6 hours to look at truck unless I know I want to buy it. The man was rude with me on the phone and spoke to me like I was a idiot for asking for pictures of the frame.

Was helpful, but too far away. This dealership was too far away to travel with my trade-in and to test drive, then have to go back to do the "deal" after we talked it over.

Vehicle was exactly as described in the listing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although I did not buy a car from them they did follow up with me with a courtesy call . I would recommend them

I give zero stars for this dealer. Test drove and found issues with the car. Evidence of an accident. I understand the company they get information from may not list all accidents. When asking about coming down on the price due to the obvious accident repairs the salesman acted like it was nothing and wouldn't talk about issues or deal try to deal with us. He stood up and basically escorted us out without discussion. While I appreciated him staying late to meet with us he was extremely rude.

Ive shopped for months for the perfect car, and went to all of the big dealerships in Cincinnati. I felt pressured to buy now! I really dislike being pressured. I saw the online reviews for this dealer,.and decided to give them a shot. They were nothing like the big dealers I've visited. They were honest, up front, easy to deal with, and had a great selection. NO PRESSURE AT ALL! I took my time finding the perfect car, and they helped me every step of the way. I even had my own financing set up, but they were able to lower my interest rate by another 3% with their credit union. FANTASTIC SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nice place. People treated me well. I drove from a decent distance and the communication leading up to that trip made me feel comfortable. The car was ready when I arrived and was prepared for a test drive. No pressure from any of the staff. We haggled a little over the price, but I have to say that their initial price on the car was fair. They were honest about the condition of the car. I purchased the car, and they put half a tank of gas in afterwards. Very quick paperwork session to complete the purchase. I went there with the idea of buying the car and honestly was looking for a reason NOT to buy the car. Dealership didn't give me any reason not to buy the car. Have been driving the car for a week now and am happy with the purchase.

Contacting the business and receiving a response was efficient. I had initial contact with Lonny. I made an offer that was accepted and made arrangements for pick up. I met a cool ZZ Top cat named Tony who picked me up from the bus depot. Fast forward, I test drove the van, which was in great condition at the time. I cashed out on the vehicle, completed paperwork and left the lot. Later, the headlights went out on the van. I was mortified. I was really hoping that I wouldn't have to morph into some medieval ish. Alas! I took the van back and the headlight issue was fixed. As far as biz practice, I was saddened that this dealership will sell you a car and not give you a full tank of gas to send you off. After spending over $22k, a full tank of fuel shouldn't be an afterthought. Jeremy tried to run game that he'd be in BIG trouble with the bossman but come on, $22+ THOUSAND is far more appealing than a $30 dollar fill up. I think a $25 gas gift card would show appreciation. TBC...

This was a wonderful experience. I spoke with the dealership in the early morning and said I would come down to see the vehicle after all my questions were answered positively. I saw the vehicle and did a test drive. The dealership showed me all disclosures. There was a an agreement made, and I drove the car home. I love this vehicle and the experience was excellent in dealing with the people at Mid American, I would definitely but from them again. I worked with Jeremy the Finance Manager and the salesman Tyler.

From trasfer/title transfer to financing to finding the car in our price range. Mid America is a very professional business and I would definitely recommend them.

Ran my credit so many times without asking it wasn't funny, and all while not attempting to give a price I would even consider..very knowledgeable and persistent though.
