I called this dealership twice for pricing and spoke with Shante. She fail to call back both times. Why post pictures of several cars without listed prices. I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

I did buy the car with great help from Ricky Alston. He answered all my questions, facilitated the entire process, and followed up after the sale. I'd recommend buying a car from Jordan Nissan and Ricky Alston is a great salesperson.

Responded immediately. My husband and I talked with Rick and he was outstanding took us on a test drive explaining how to use the back up monitors. Very friendly and followed up the following day to see how he could work a deal. The only reason we did not purchase here was because we found the same vehicle for $4000.00 less with 8000 miles less. I woul d recommend Rick at this dealership.

This dealer was very responsive to my email. The dealership experience was great as well; everything was clean and attractive, and all personnel were professional and courteous. The car was fully detailed and was pulled up ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Trey and Javier were great to work with. I bought a vehicle from them, and they have already contacted me to follow up on my purchase. I highly recommend Michael Jordan Nissan if you are in the market for a vehicle.

It was a wonderful experience. We did not plan on making a purchase, but was totally impressed by how great they were to work with and how great the vehicle was even used. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Ricky was the best.

When I went to look at vehicle, was disappointed the description was incorrect for interior, which is not what I wanted. Would have taken that car homethat day. I have been looking a lot for a new vehicle and have really had good experience until this visit. Salesperson hardly said anything except he was top salesperson while on test drive. I left there and told friend it was like he didn't care whether he sold a car or not.

The dealer was fair and honest. I was contacted the next day with a price quote. I ultimately did not make a deal with him because I could not easily get the car down to Wilmington due to its driving range and lack of fast charging stations between Durham and Wilmington. I did not save enough in the price to offset the cost of transporting the car.

They responded quickly, but we found the perfect car somewhere else.

Responded quickly to my email query. Unfortunately, the vehicle was no longer in their inventory, so I had no further interactions.

Internet sales contacted me through email and was very courteous.

The car did not have all the options I wanted but the sales rep, James Johnson, was super and provided all the data I requested. In fact I just called him the other day to ask some additional questions. If they had the car I wanted, with the options, I would not hesitate buying from them. Of course we all want a better price deal.

They e-mailed us with a quick response. I had to call to get more details about other questions.

I did not receive a quick or effective response when asking about a used car via email. I set an appointment to go look at the car, but when I arrived it was still being cleaned, oil getting changed, etc. I was able to only have a brief look at the car before taking a test drive. I was not interested in buying after the test drive. I think the dealership might have responded better had I been searching for a new car.

My rep was completely professional and timely. I am sorry to report that I bought a NIssan locally.
