I had a great experience at Metter ford!! I was looking for a Range Rover sport and they had one I liked. I went in and apple with Sam. He is awesome! He was patient and helped me get a deal I can work with and a reasonable down payment! Sam is the man! If you need a car I recommend you go in and ask for Sam!!

Mihai, was incredible! His customer service is top notch, he’s flexible, attentive, and thorough. Unfortunately, I was unable to finance the vehicle, but would highly recommend Mihai based off the interpersonal experience alone.

The dealership tried to sell me a truck that was not completely put together, with bad tires, a dirty engine. Told me they had inspected the vehicle, when obviously if there was dirt all over the engine not a single mechanic had inspected this vehicle. Manager had no idea why the vehicle was in the shape it was in yet had it on the lost for sale. This after I drove an hour and a half to drive the truck and they knew we had been talking about me buying the truck all day.

The description of the exterior color was not accurate. But the staff was very nice to deal with.

Although we didn't purchase the vehicle from Metter Ford, they were very responsive and easy to work with. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the car but wasn't ready to move forward at the time and they ultimately sold the vehicle to someone else but I knew that was risk. They notified me as soon as the vehicle was sold which I'm very appreciative of and would likely consider them for future purchases.

Very helpful I will be seeing them in October to see if the truck is still there.

Asked a simple question on 2 different occasions and never got an answer. A rep did send me the generic blah blah lines with what im sure is sent without the salesman even knowing it, just stick the customers name in the blank and the computer sends it. All i wanted to know is whether the truck i was interested in was a long or standard bed since their ad had no pics. Seems like a valid question and one that should be very easy to answer . I guess not.

Asked for pictures of advertised vehicle. Was emailed to call or come onsite. Explained I was 3 hours away and just needed more pics, as only 1 picture was supplied on cargurus, and it appeared to be a stock pic of a new vehicle, not a used vehicle. Received same email back, to call or come onsite. I called, and again received the same email again, to call or come onsite. They want me onsite pretty bad, and haven't send any pictures as of today. Not going onsite, defeats the purpose of internet shopping. Don't trust the vehicle is in good shape anymore, if it exists at all.

Not very freindly. All dealerships have a high markup. The Chevrolet Silverado Metter Ford has is above normal retail. They wont even talk about moving from their price.

I requested to be reached via email regarding price of a truck.. they responded as directed. I didn't bother replying, as I was no longer interested. They proceeded to call & text numerous times, for weeks.. The few times we spoke, they were kind.

Seemed unwilling to negotiate. Dealer doc fees killed this sale. Doc fees were nearly 40% of retail asking. Could be me,but not willing to pay doc fees of that range on a used 18 year old truck

I emailed to get pictures of the interior. I didn't get picture's, however they did take a video of the outside and inside of the car and sent to me. I appreciated that very much. Though I have not been to the dealership yet, I do plan to go soon to look at the armada and any other vehicle that they may have that I like.

I sent an email asking if the van was still available. They quickly replied with a non answer about calling them for the best deal. Turns out the van was gone. Bait and switch sales tactics.

Metter contacted me right away and followed up with several more calls. I did not go see the vehicle I contacted them about due to another vehicle in my area coming available at a lower price which I purchased.

Absolutely worst experience I ever had with a dealership. I didn't receive a call nor email back until the truck I was looking at was already sold. Sales manager never contacted me at all after I emailed him. I won't make that mistake again.

Drove all the way from Savannah they took pictures of all the good stuff all 3 vehicles I went to look at were trash and nowhere near worth what they are asking

Great response time. Salesman wasn't overly pushy or aggressive before I came in to test drive. He also wasn't very aggressive when we found out it was going to be difficult to get financing. He seemed as if I wasn't even a priority, no matter what interest rate I was willing to pay. He never sent my credit application to any lenders, even after he told me how great all their lenders were. The next weekend, I walked right into a dealership and drove off the lot in almost the exact same car I was interested in at Letter Ford. As much as he and the sales manager talked about really wanting to make a deal, neither of them put forth any effort.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Not willing to negotiate and eagerness to sell vehicles was non existent. I would not recommend this dealership.

Called several times in reference to a Ford F-150. Every time I called they advised they would have to check their inventory to determine if the vehicle was still on their lot. I left my name and phone number multiple times and was never contacted. If they never sold another vehicle I would be more than happy.
