I don’t know why this dealership is listed as shippable. When contacted they really didn’t understand the process. They also wanted to add 3k of additional options to the vehicle which they said were standard per their dealership and couldn’t be removed. That made the price very inaccurate. We did the financing online and they didn’t want to accept that as they preferred we went thru their financing.
It seems like 10 different people have contacting me. Not sure if they are bots or what. So far they haven’t worked on price. It seems like they are trying to get me to buy a $1500 dealer package. So, basically raising the price on me. So jury still out on these Kenneth’s. I’ll update this if things get better or worse.

Very unorganized! Don’t know their own inventory! Sold a car I went to look at and then they called the next day asking if I was still interested in it.

The car in question we where looking at end up being the wrong price on the ad then it was on the website, 55k on the website but 37k on the ad.
On Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 01:27:59 PM CDT, Metro Nissan of Dallas wrote: Good afternoon, the vehicle that is on our web site is the correct vehicle just the wrong pricing. I have informed my director and he is working on adjusting the price. The correct price is the pricing that you have seen on the 3rd party site and we will honor that price.
My Response the same day Just checking in again to see about getting the vehicle, I haven't heard anything back from you about the trade in. If we are going to get this it has to happen in the next two days that I will be off.I have also put a link of my car reg with vin # if you need that to proceed. On July 18 two days later Metro response Good morning, unfortunately the vehicle sold Saturday evening. My wife and I should have given first chance to buy the car.

My wife and I went to Metro Nissan of Dallas and test drove the vehicle, but the dealer was unwilling to honor the price advertised on CarGurus. Needless to say, we left two hours later very disappointed. This was despite us being very clear that the CarGurus' price was the primary reason we were coming in to see them and having the CarGurus' price echoed back to us in a previously provided dealer E-mail. We were willing to make an all cash purchase at that price.
The dealer followed up with us several times but never once offered us the CarGurus' price. I would note that the same price for this same vehicle is still advertised on CarGurus today, more than 11 days later.
We ended up purchasing a similar vehicle from another local dealer.

Car is advertised at $21,695, but that is
not the price. They are adding $1,500 for
add on parts not mentioned on Cargurus
and other money for who knows what.
They agreed to reduce the $1,500 in parts,
but added it back elsewhere. They kept
coming back with 27k and 29k running
their numbers different ways. I offered to
bring them a check for the price
advertised $21,695 + TT&L (6.25% tax)
and $325.00 in documentation fees and
they refused it because they did not want
to sell the car at the price as advertised.
Dealer please respond to show everyone
how mathematically you come up with
27K -29K because anyone who knows
basic math can figure out $21,695 + TT&L
(6.25% tax) and $325.00 in fees does not
add up to 27k - 29k. I even had the sales
paperwork from the last Altima that I
purchased in front of me when we were
discussing numbers. Ridiculous. They
wasted my time and cost me 6 points on
my credit score for checking my credit.
I bought the Nissan Titan from Metro Nissan of Dallas and their staff was excellent to work with. I live in another state and they had exactly what I wanted. They arranged for all the transporting of the vehicle and again very satisfied with the experience I had with Metro Nissan. Thank you!!!

If I have choice for 0 star I will. Bad customer service I went locations 20 minutes and look at the car outside in the lot no one come at outside. Then we went inside and talked to Marie and Janet both don't know how to sell the car where is rude customer service we walk out from this place otherwise we really like Nissan Rogue SL red color. I complain to the marketing manager Donna She reply me I'm sorry the sales manager will call you but no one called me .

Worse service ever!!! Never showed me the cars that I found online... They just wanted to get me in a new car and the one car they showed me was way out of my price rang which I told them up front...End up waking out of the dealership... Wasted an hour of my time and didn’t get anywhere...

I wish I could mark it less. The dealer contacted me and confirmed the car
was there. I drove over an hour to purchase and it was not there. He was not
apologetic then wanted to get me in a new car.

The internet manager Jason will try to sell you the car as a brand new car for
over 18K, giving you only a 3K manufacture rebate, but the car is a demo car
and it has over 1k miles. Jason will say that the price showing online includes
all the rebates like trade in, military discount and so on.

Service was great nice experience sales man but the reason I have given 3 star because they charge me extra $1000 for buying a car from their lot. Salesman told me if I have seen the car on their site it said on it . My kids love the car and I like it because I don't have to buy gas.

I inquired about a ‘17 Maxima via email. I immediately received a price via email from their internet director. We went to their store and drove the car and proceeded with the sale. The manager came back with a price that was $4k more. He refused to honor the price sent via email and offered unprofessional and dodgey sales tactics. Complete bait and switch. A complete and utter waste of time. Horrible.
