It was pretty bad experience overall . Considering the fact I drove an hour and a half to this location and the car I wanted to look at wasn't there. I received a phone call confirming my appt while I was on the belt parkway 45 min before I was due there. Then the sales team tried to sell me on a "similar" truck that was in older, had more miles and less options. They Could have saved me the frustration . Gas, tolls and time if they would have just checked the vehicle was there and not wasted my time. The entire experience felt like a Bait and switch and I was trapped to buy the other truck. Ended up Buying a truck back On Long island

My salesman, Schneider Cadet was young but very nice and refreshing. Without my knowledge, there was another family who were there 4 hours before I found out and was trying to finance the car I was interested in, I wasn’t informed before I left Long Island to come and I ended up buying the car out from under them without knowing until after, I was paying cash, no financing. I apologized to them and the gracefully accepted but I felt awful for not being informed . But Schneider was very helpful. I paid most of price that very Saturday and picked up Monday morning by two trains from Long Island . I love my car, which I had my first accident one month early at age 67 in the very same vehicle and I wanted an exact or close replacement. I love what I bought .

Very deceptive pricing. BEWARE of their unethical, misleading, & dishonest games & gimmicks. Outright dishonest dealer regarding "internet price." Extensive communication via text messages, emails, and phone calls and multiple confirmations that the advertised internet price was legit & confirmed. Extensive communication with Dealer called last second before my appointment (I was driving from 130 miles away for this car) to give me the real price. Advertised price is not the real price - bait & switch. It was made very clear to me that this car was being offered for sale "as-is" not certified, inspected, gone over, etc. which is what I wanted. Last second, they called and said the price was $2,000 more since it was brought in to the shop to run through their 182 point dealer inspection when we already agreed I did not want that. Dealer does not the know the difference between the words "include" and "exclude." NOT RECOMMENDED - LOOK FOR AN HONEST DEALER.

Prices shown online are not accurate. They add a “minimum” of $8,000 in fees to the sticker price. (Certification = $4,000 // inspection = $2,000 which they said could be higher // fee to pay cash = $1000 // etch fee $200 // doc fee, etc) Most other dealers include all the certification and inspection in the cost of the “certified pre-owned vehicle” — So their prices are actually way above market all-in (their CPO prices are actually higher than the new car price at a suburb dealership) Also the CPO car we were interested had scratches and dents all over it

Posting was false to get people in the door. Person on the phone confirmed there were 2 CR-V. Sales person said there were none available, no CR-V hybrids at all.

Horrible service drove two hours to buy the car called a hour before I arrived and 15 minutes before I arrived to make sure the car was there they said it was and when I get there and they say the car is sold even though they said it was still there they trick you by putting a really good deal on a car then saying it’s sold to offer you a different vehicle don’t trust them

Disappointing customer service. The salesman told me all of the car's features but failed to realize it had been sold a month earlier. My wife and I were waiting to here from him before making the 3+ hour drive to purchase the car. He never did call me back regarding the car's availability as promised. I had to call back a few hours later and spoke with a different salesperson. I would not recommend Metro Honda.

Car contained many scratches not shown in pictures. When we started talking price there were many hidden fees making the car $5000 more than the list price . Drove almost an hour to get to this dealership and was very upset.

Sketchy dealer. I asked them 3 times before I came and they said the vehicle is still there. When I come, after 20 mins asking questions and write down all my personal information, the staff said the car is gone and will show me other cars.

Over all experiance was great! Claudia answered all my questions and set appointment with me. Once I got to Metro Honda I was greeted by a friendly recpt. Who told me thwy would by right with me. Vehicle was right out front for me sales person Scott was great helpful and answered all my questions.

Traditional Switch and bait, Car advertised for $2800, agreed to sell for $2,000 and then Metro almost doubled the out of the door price and added another $2000 in internet, inspection and admin and prep fees although car was sold as is w/o need to do anything.

Although the car I thought I wanted from my online research was sold when I got to the dealership - despite making an appointment. I was pleased to see how accommodating and understanding the sales reps were. WE immediately discussed other options and after much consideration and no push sales tips I was able to drive home with an even better car! I love my new HONDA! Andy and Luis are magic and worked very well to ensure I got the best deal for my families needs. Very pleased with their service and car quality. I will definitely recommend to others! One star because they did not have the car I thought I wanted and no tea but that's all good :)

First the vehicle I went to see was misrepresented online and by phone. It was listed as certified but when I saw it the engine was full of sand. It wasn't cleaned inside either. Pretty evident that the 180+ inspection required for a certified vehicle was never performed. Hard to trust a dealer that lists as certified pre-owned but doesn't perform the necessary steps to be qualified as certified pre-owned.

Bait and switch. The guy was nice enough, but I went in to see one car and they showed me two I didn't want to see, including one that was twice the budget I gave them. It was vey disappointing.

Worst experience. Went to look at 2 Honda Certified CRV's advertised on their website, one was advertised as black(with pictures) and another one. After hearing about their "above and beyond " certification process, the black vehicle didn't exist and they claim it was actually grey. I showed them their own websites with the black car described and the claim it was a mistake. We then go to test drive the now grey vehicle (still certified) and the warning lights on the dash came on like a Christmas tree. Our salesperson person said let drive it anyway which I refused. After further looking a the vehicle it was noticed the rear tire was completely flat and the back fender and wheel were banged up ( I could not see initially the way it was parked) . There was obviously some other issues with the car too. We then go to their second CERTIFIED car and it wouldn't start. They try to jump it and nothing. Manager said it's probably the alternator or starter. This is how they prep and certify their vehicles (appears a bait and switch to upsell to a different vehicle). I then told them I was not interested in their vehicles and left. I have now been receiving calls daily which I keep telling them I am not interested and to stop. They continue to call and now text. Not certain how they are operating. In my opinion this dealership is definitely NOT worth a trip. Buyer beware!

I should have known better but instead I got scammed by the bait and switch. They had a great deal on a 2013 Honda Pilot. I went to see it drove it and was ready to buy it because the price was a $1000 less. So they went away to managers office came back and told me it was sold. Wish I left then but there were some other Pilots to look at. I bought one for $25.500. The next day I got email from salesman to come see the first Pilot. It was not sold. I do have buyers remorse. The vehicle also needed some body work. That took one month to fix. Back and forth. Terrible service. Stay away.

They apparently made a mistake. The vehicle wasn't actually for sale. They were polite about it though. They've also attempted to reach me by phone a few times since to see if I might still be looking to purchase.

I contacted dealer about two honda.odysseys. when I got there supposedly one was sent to the auction,the other one was "sold during the weekend" then they tried to stick me with a 2013 miles model. Basically I traveled like 40 miles for no reason...

Obviously into scams as the information I requested in relation to the vehicle was never provided. I however, rec'd tons of email inviting me to fill out credit application, etc. No doubt they was added to my Junk/Spam filter..

My experience wouldn't be like everyone else. Used car customers beware of additional fees. I was looking for a particular car they had but was willing to walk off the lot because the car didn't have a feature I wanted. They just wanted it gone and came down huge, and then came down even farther when I said no to the extra garbage fees (filing fee, prep fee, vehicle protection fee). Woulda given them 5 stars if the manager didn't look at me square in the eye and agree to a price with no additional fees....and then include them anyway; and then try to argue with me. Like I said though, I knew what I wanted and was willing to go home if I didn't get it.
