Found a Truck I was interested in. Contacted Metro and expressed interest in Truck. Luis called me back and we made arrangements to Visit the Dealership in a couple of days. Luis is good communicator and kept me informed. Upon arrival Luis introduced be to Richard. Richard was very helpful, and we decide to check a few trucks out. Richard was extremely helpful, and I received no pressure from him. I decided on a Truck and was allowed to test drive it. After test driving it, I found a couple of issues with the truck. Richard saw to getting the issues taken care of immediately. Needless to say, I bought the truck and drove it home that afternoon. All in all it was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable vehicle purchases I have made in all my years of purchasing vehicles. Thank you, Luis and Richard. Alan

Worst dealer ever made me drive 4 hours to cancel while I was two hours away just so they can repost the vehicle at a higher price would not recommend giving them the time of day cause they will happily waste your time

Want a dealership that provides customer service? Sells work trucks in top condition, cheap? Accepts 500.00 down to hold a vehicle with refundable down payment if your loan isn't approved? Lines up cross country transport cheaper than u-ship website? THAN THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP TO GO WITH! Yes I was alittle worried about buying online, sending money from one bank to another without even seeing anything but pictures. But oh boy I am so glad I did now. Got a new 2017 Chevy3500 4×4, crew cab about 10,000.00 cheaper that every other sellers site. Trust these guys, they stay busy, but always answers the phone, texts, and all my stupid questions. Thanks alot, Big A. You are the man!

Dealer was polite and quick to respond initially. I was able to go and view the vehicle and others on their lot. However they appear to frequently use the vehicles listed and don't take time to clean them even for potential buyers upon viewing. Unfortunately I never got a final reply after being told I could see a final invoice for the total OTD price.

The dealership knew 6 days in advance that I was flying in to area to pick ip the truck. I waited 3 hours when I got there before the truck was ready. I drove the truck 240 miles and the power steering pump went out the same day I picked it up. I got a new pump put in at the cost of 427.00. The dealership is offering me $200.00 "for my troubles". The dealership doesn't stand behind it product. My recommendation would be dont buy from metro auto sales. Third rate dealership.

I tried to get information and ask questions, the salesman said he would have to talk to his manager and get back with me, then he wouldn't get back with me. Then when he found out I was paying cash he wanted to add more money to the cost claiming it had more work done since they had advertised it. I wouldn't recommend them

The gentleman saved this truck while I was getting approved at the bank . The bank and Metro motors spoke and emailed each other to make this transaction work from out of town. He saved this truck from other potential. Buyers. Very satisfied with the sales person Ediman.

I had a great experience with Metro Auto Sales. The sales person, Mario was very helpful and honest about the vehicle. There was a couple of things the vehicle needed and he took care of them as promised. Look forward to doing business with them in the future. Drove about 6 hours to pick up vehicle. Drove the vehicle home with no problems at all. Highly recommend!

Still working on getting the truck, we really need the truck for our business but looks like they're not interested in selling to us, we called and no hope, they haven't call us or email to see how interested we are

Gave video feed of truck since I live out of state but on 2 occasions never followed up after saying they would and I was heavily considering the truck. So busy they can’t follow through. Seemed like a good salesman but once I revealed I needed to hold the truck for several weeks because I live 1700 miles away and needed to make flight arrangements around my work schedule and was willing to give a good faith deposit, I did not hear back to see if that would suffice.

Drove 3 hrs and truck had been wrecked and showed a clean report and moldings were coming off of it and wavy. Salesman tried to say it was from throwing stuff in the back of it.

Mario was very rude and unprofessional. Told me one thing and then changed his mind. Before I went to the dealership I checked the price of the vehicle when I got there and asked him the price he told me it was 3k more then the advertised price.

The salesman was polite. He gave me a little history of the vehicle. The ad stated the had no accidents but he stated. The vehicle had been in an accident. Unfortunately we were not able to negotiate a sale.

I called and a man answered with “hello.” I then had to ask if I had the correct number, which I did. I then asked about a vehicle with a wreck reported. I asked if the vehicle drove well and seemed to be right and the answer I got was, “yeah, it’s a good truck to me...” I was dumbfounded and could not get an intelligible answer to any question. I will never shop here again due to total lack of professional decency.

This is more like an auctioneer not really a dealer. Vehicle seemed fine until I got it home and now I'm having nothing but problems.

When I got in the vehicle, the engine light was on and oil pressure was low, I requested a test drive and 4 minutes in the fuel light came on. They would NOT negotiate anything even after the various issues I found including exterior damage, a door not opening, and a bad ac compressor. They received this vehicle in auction for maybe 1k and they want 15k to FINANCE, not to mention $2500 down before even running credit! They made claims I could still get 2 years out of the vehicle when it was obvious the engine was on its last legs. Bad experience.

I asked for the car fax witch they did produce 8:30 am the next morning. I left my house at 8:45 and drove 2 hrs north to look at and most likely purchase the unit. When I arrived some gentleman of middle eastern decint says that the van sold last night. WHY SEND ME CARFAX IF UNIT IS SOLD. SHADY PEOPLE! !!!

They were rude and uncooperative. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence and acted as if I was an idiot and knew nothing. I will never use or recommend them.

Initial contact by Jose was quick and courteous. Was unable to return call right away, so I followed up a couple of days later. I then spoke with Blake regarding the highlander posted and asked when I could come by to test drive. He advised that the owner was currently driving the vehicle and he could not guarantee it would be available until after noon the following day. I asked him to call her to find out. We finally set an appt. for next day at 6pm. As a courtesy to Jose, who initially contacted me, I called to confirm my appointment with him an hour and a half beforehand, as my husband was driving all the way from Denton to meet me there. Jose thanked me and said he was looking forward to it. When we arrived, we were not greeted, so my husband went inside to find either Jose or Blake. Eventually Jose came out to the lot and was screaming at his employees (mechanics?) in the repair area, asking where the highlander was. They said it was gone. According to them, it sold the day before. WOW, REALLY? How do you not know that as a sales person at a very small dealership? And still you convince potential clients to come in to test drive? Serious communication issues, unprofessionalism, and downright ignorance at this location. I would avoid it at all cost. ZERO STARS FROM ME.
