We discussed the car in detail. Although I could not get the time to get up there, the dealer was helpful and accomodating. I did not purchase the car as it was sold before I was able to get there to test drive it.

The dealer quickly contacted me about my interest in a car I was interested in. Helped me immediately put a hold on it while I processed my financing. Assisted with financing. This was a quick, and pleasant car buying experience.

They were amazing!!!! Since I was driving over an hour the held the car so I could test drive it. Bill and Tom coordinated to give me the best experience. After test driving it, I knew it was a great car and the dealer maintained it so I know it got the best care. It had all the features we wanted and none of the fancier stuff we didn't. Bought it that day. They even picked me up at the bus station to pick it up. These guys are amazing. If I lived in the area, I'd buy all my cars from them. Got a great price too. Couldn't be happier.

Truly one of the best car dealer experiences I’ve ever had! The owner is fantastic. It’s a small dealership with a no pressure approach to the buying experience. This is my 8th Volvo and couldn’t be happier with my new S60- in large part because of Alex and his staff. They responded to my initial query within a few minutes and came to an agreement on price just as fast. They didn’t try to sell me on a whole bunch of extra stuff- which I greatly appreciated. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Spark 2LT, and as soon as I saw it I contacted them. They had me test driving it that night, financed the next day, and picking it up the next one. I highly recommend them, they were polite and fun.

They contacted me immediately and went out of their way to answer all our questions, be helpful, and worked to strike a great deal. They were amazing and fun to work with (and I normally hate the car buying process). There was no pressure and they went well above and beyond the normal experience - I wish I could give 10 stars.

My experience was very pleasant with them. However because of the travel distance as well as the weather conditions on the day that I needed to purchase a vehicle I decided to purchase another XC60 that was located close to where I live in Massachusetts.

The vehicle year is a 2009. The salesman was using the NADA for a 2010 and using that number to set their best number. He mentioned that it was an honest mistake, I'll leave that for you to decide. The owner never came out to greet us during the whole process which I thought was odd. Overall, if your buying a Volvlo you are probably in good hands, a used car, well don't expect to be wow'ed.

Great group of guys. Very pleasant experience. Bill our salesman has been working there for years and it showed by how smooth the sale went. He was open to negotiating and I feel like we were treated fairly and got a good deal. He had our car ready in an hour and we drove it home that day.
