I am Pretty Pleased with The Overall Process of This Dealership. From Beginning to End. It didn't take Long too Choose and Decide what I wanted. Once that was done. They checked the vehicle out. The next day I found a Oil Leak. And Called. They didn't Haggle Me. Told Me to bring it back. They are fixing it. I'm Very Happy. Because they Stand by What They Sale. No Gimmicks or Honesty Issues. Dealership claimed that previous damage noted on Carfax was minor but my research uncovered photos at salvage auction showing major damage with multiple airbag deployment. At the minimum, dealership didn't want to know the vehicle's true damage history. I now know that vehicle history can be "washed".

Nash at Merit Auto Group accommodated my long distance purchase. My son who lives locally to the Florida region, met with Nash on a Tuesday, and I caught a flight Thursday morning. They knowingly sell you POS cars. Bad timing belt, bad fuel pump, bad tire, bad battery, and god knows what’s wrong with it now. Literally every warning light turned on. It ran for a month, got it fixed, then it only ran for a day. AVOID!!!

Dealer did respond. .. however when we arrived after a 2 hour ride the vehicle was not the one advertised, even though they had a day and a half the vehicle was not ready still in the cleaning up stage and the wrong one Salesman we talked to pawned us off on a kid that had little experience or knowledge of the vehicle Did not feel comfortable, condescending attitude I felt

Added well over $2,000 of extra fees to the sale price of the car. Added admin items that seemed way out of line. Lost the deal on a $10,000 car. Will not pay 20% in admin fees to any dealer, anywhere.

Arranged to test drive a car and confirmed it was still available since we had to drive 90 minutes to get there--along with taking time off work. They said they would have it pulled up front for us. We arrived at the agreed to time and were informed the transmission is bad and they knew it that morning.

I didn't end up getting the 2016 accord coupe like I wanted but they did respond very fast and would have given me a chance with the car but I got the other car I wanted for little to nothing, which was a 2015 4 door accord sport veryyyyy clean. I recommend this establishment, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I feel that the pricing is a scam to get more shoppers in. Another $2200 added to the cost of the car once you are into it. There is a mandatory 'CAL TEX APPEARANCE PROTECTION' Charge of $1200. I feel it as a scam as who want to spent $1200 on a 100K mile car. Just to get folks in and forcing it as a MANDATORY charge says that it is about the money than the protection. The pre delivery fee is understandable as many dealers now charge it though $900 is a little too high.

Sent a deposit form, but oopsie forgot to send the sales agreement. When I finally got the agreement there was thousands of dollars of added fees on there. They tried to get me to put a deposit on a car w/o a sales agreement that was LOADED, without letting me see the agreement. These people are bait and switch scammers. Typical car sales grifters. Caltex appearance protection. 1200 dollars. Reg and other fees? I pay taxes in my state, yet they were charging me 1900 for whatever this was. 300 electronic filing fee. 895 pre delivery service fee. 20 temp tag. Maybe I would have paid some amount for dealer fee and tag, the rest is garbage and none of this was disclosed on the phone. They wanted a deposit BEFORE i saw this agreement s the bottom line. Waste of time. No 'merit'. Stay far away.

Easy buying process. I was skeptical at first from the first events that transpired. I requested info on the car, made an appointment and then on the day of the appointment I was called and told the car was unavailable for test drive because the car was locked up in service and nobody there had access. It was in the shop for new tire, despite the 150 point inspection from Carketa showing all 4 tires being perfect condition, Then I got a notification from car gurus saying it was sold. 3 days later I was car shopping, after 3 dealerships and no luck, Merit Auto calls and asks me if I’m on the way yet! And said the car was not sold, but taken off car gurus to be serviced. Being that I was only 6 minutes away from the dealer, I decided to go and check it out. To my surprise, I was not disappointed with the outcome! The dealer Ahmed was professional as can be, no pressure no tricks. I ended up with a fantastic ride for a great deal! It was meant to be!

There was an issue with the engine (valve cover Gasquet's leaking) and when I asked the estimate for repairs, they advised they were already repairing same. Now asking for availability to inspect and take a test drive.

I inquired about a truck that they have advertised, and received a response from them about the truck, but did not get the information I requested from them. Why would a dealership respond to your inquiry and not answer your question or send you the pictures you requested. I just don't understand how they do people now days.

This is a good dealership to buy a car from. Katie who answers all calls to the dealership is great and always got me in contact with Giulia who I mostly worked with. I only am not giving 5 stars because in the ‘dealership description’ all additional fees were included, except one which was an additional fee of $1,000+. I personally prefer to know everything before the actual decision is made, but overall the dealership was still very easy to work with.

They got back to me the day I asked about van. Problem is they said they can ship van to me but I am still waiting for it. I bought the van but no one is delivering it to me so it is like I never bought it. Will be paying for nothing at all.

While the car had a clean Carfax report No accidents - it appeared to have been hit In the left front fender And there was paint missing where the fender Bolted to the body. This Should have been revised and noted by the dealer in their disclosure

The car was in horrible condition overall. Did not reflect in the pictures. Dealer had to be contacted numerous times to get response. Salesperson was pretty rude. After realizing the car wasn’t for me asked about another on the lot and was told “you can look on the website.” I would never buy from them or recommend someone to buy from them. Can only imagine what the cars will be like after sale.

3 of 3 Now my thought process, you are selling a car you would make sure it is thoroughly cleaned, all items mentioned by the customer will be considered, fluid will be topped off etc. Not at this dealership! I return to the dealership on 05/30 to be told an hour later there is coolant and maybe a sensor needs changing. I asked them if they placed the cap on the battery cover - yes, but it is different because they could not find the original cap. I asked about they key fab - yes. A COVER was ordered and they will let me know. Now keep in mind a key fab cover will not do anything to rectify the problem what Vadim did by glueing it with visible BUMPS AND BUBBLES. I am very very disappointed and annoyed by the misleading and no information I received from the beginning. Only Ahmad was courteous throughout this entire process.
