I contacted Merchants Automotive in Hooksett about a 2016 Ford Transit Passenger 350 XL. The van was exactly as advertised—clean, low
mileage, and priced fairly. The staff was friendly, straightforward, and never pushy. Overall, a smooth, five-star experience!

I bought a truck from Merchants. Michael the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we spent the entire day driving trucks. Financing and service plan purchase was very easy and no high pressure at all. That fit our personalities and wishes. They made sure everything worked and replaced a mirror. Excellent communication and customer service. Excellent experience.
