Traded in my vehicle for 2019 BMW X5 here. Car was in excellent condition. Communication was friendly and professional. Test drove the vehicle and signed out with the trade within an hour after inspections. Great team at the dealership. Recommend Tim!

Sent request for info after closing. The next morning someone got back to me around 8am, said that the vehicle I was interested in had sold. They asked what I was looking for and I listed very specific details. Nothing for 2 weeks. Then the sales mgr sends me an email asking if I was interested in a truck priced over 2 times more than my budget. I responded.by asking if that was a joke. About a week later I got an email response from the sales manager again. I deleted it.

This dealer was not willing to negotiate on selling price of this car even though the automobile has been listed for almost 3 months. Dealer was not willing to reduce the cost of the sales price even though the automobile has been in inventory for 3 months. The difference in my offer and their sales price was about ~1400$ yet the dealer would not consider reducing the sales price. Assumption is the dealer has no urgency in selling this vehicle.

The representative was very courteous and offered to help me obtain the truck I inquired about. Have not had time to pursue the matter, but will definitely keep the dealership in mind.
