I have A+ paper. Ivana took my credit app then ghosted me. I guess goid credit isnt her forte'.John, the GM however, sent a follow up email asking my opinion. I explained how his sales rep treated me, I received an email 5 days later asking if I was still looking.
Not recommend unless you're in the neighborhood.

I reached out to the dealer via phone, he was professional and explained to my husband and I that he was with a customer and assured us he would call us back within 20 minutes. The dealer didn’t return my call or contact me until days later. He was not a man of his word and could have easily sent me an email informing me of the reason why he could not get back to me as he had stated to me on the phone.

I inquired about the asking price on this vehicle they had listed as there was no price listed. No one would answer
such a simple question! They hassled me for days and I kept requesting their asking price. I never got the asking

I contacted the dealership about a used car they had available. Initially they were very responsive and engaged in a conversation. Although the dialogue slowly disappeared and I was not able to get follow up from their sales employee. I called, he didn’t call back but the following day sent me a message on text. I just feel if your looking at a $95,000+ call it I should at least have a phone call and not a passive text. Not an experience where I would feel valued as a customer

They did their job. The price listed, Price $26,377 was misleading, however. They sent an
offer including $4,000 of unidentified "Fees" and that is what caused their listed price to
seem Misleading. The final price was WAY above the Kelly Blue Book value that I use to
determine the actual value of used vehicles. They did not reply to my offer when I offered
Cash at the advertised listed price of $26,377

They have a firm grip on this car, not interested in selling this pre-owned automobile without making about $3000.00 they were not interested in backing out their dealer fees from the discounted retail price. Automobile sales at this dealer must be very good.They we're not motivated to make a deal.

I have never had a better car buying experience! From the first phone call to driving my car off the lot the customer service was amazing! They even went as far as washing and vacuuming my car that I drove there, which I wasn't even trading in. Everyone was friendly and made the experience fun. I love Mercedes Benz of Tucson! I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Love this dealership!

contacted the dealership. Was immediately responded to by the a
salesman set the appointment for the following day.
The salesman Mike was waiting for me.
Took a long test drive. Made the purchase Drove off the lot that day.
The dealership even detailed the car while I was completing the
paperwork very impressed !

Mercedes Benz of Tucson is an Excellent dealership. We have purchased new car there and this time we were looking for an of lease Lexus with only 28,000 miles. Unfortunately, that car was no longer available when we got there. We had not made an appointment to come and see this car, so no one knew we were interested in it and therefor no one called to tell us the car was gone. I highly recommend Mercedes of Tucson. Nice sales people. Beautiful Dealership.

The person I worked with was very negative and fear based meaning he
tried to scare me into buying a car from somewhere else that have less
expensive prices after I was very appreciative with my comments in trying
to purchase a car from them. I am aware that there may be defects with
cars, however with todays technology one can receive car fax about any
vehicle purchased. I did not appreciate his negativity !
