Vehicle listed on CarGurus was available but dealer wanted an additional $20k added to MSRP for “market adjustment “. Also required us to come in to finalize the purchase, no availability to make the purchase virtually and ship the vehicle to us.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional dealership I have encountered, especially amongst luxury brands. A
true detriment to the Mercedes brand. Did deal through MBUSA.com website, including pre-approval thru
Mercedes Benz Financial at full listed price. Dealer then raised price $4000 and sold to another party while
travel arrangements were being arranged to pick up vehicle. True bait and switch. Jim Elefantis GM response
was "first come first serve" until last minute. Caused unnecessary credit change as well as cost for wire transfer
etc. Stay Away!

Prompt reply and friendly, but they decided the car I was interested in would be sold to wholesaler. Don't know why they did not decide that before listing car for sale.

I dealt with a very professional and knowledgeable salesman and the selection of vehicles was good. Communication between management and the sales staff could be improved, but it did not deter me from making the purchase.

My experience with this dealer was excellent. The dealer quickly responded to my inquiry. The listing accurately described the conditions of the vehicle. So we found the car we were looking for on this dealership with the good price, it was 210 miles away from our house. We told them we are coming to look at this car from another state.
When we came the car was used by their worker who was using it for his/her needs for a while. There was someone’s stuff in the car like coins, umbrella, pills! And that car had on 1000 miles more than it shows on a site!!
So we looked at the other car the same model, but a different color. When we pulled out carfax for this car, there was 2 accidents reported, but on a car fax there was 0 accidents.
We decide to decide to buy a first,which their coworker was using, because that was the car we were driving for! But that coworker took the car home and we were unable to buy this car, because of their coworkers needs!
When you are going to Certified Mercedes-Benz Dealership you are expecting to get an excellent customer service, which we didn’t get on this dealership! We were driving 4 hours! People are rude! The worst customer service we’ve ever got! I’d never recommend this dealership!
They show good deals but they hide the truth!

The people were nice. Just make sure to thoroughly inspect even the certified pre-owned cars as the one I bought had multiple things that were overlooked in the "162 point inspection" and re-conditioning process. When brought to their attention they offered to fix most.
