Mercedes‑Benz Van Center - Baker 425 Sigma Drive, Summerville, SC 29483 Baker Motor Company has opened a brand new Mercedes-Benz facility in the heart of Summerville. It is the first-ever standalone Sprinter Van dealership of its kind. “Summerville will have something that they’ve never had before,” said Tommy Baker, President of Baker Motor Co. “It’s the first Sprinter dealership in America.” The new facility is located at 425 Sigma Drive and easily accessible from I-26. I had to call them. They tried to get me approved through their bank instead of my pre approval through Cargurus. When asked about it they blew it off. Told me they couldn’t approve me. That’s the end of it.

They confirmed my appointment an hour before but when I arrived they advised the vehicle was still out for an overnight test drive. They
offered to bring vehicle to me but then when i asked to get that set up there was a liability issue and it could not happen. It's a very long drive
to Summerville that should have been rescheduled b/c they knew the vehicle was not there.

Our sales reps, Ron Locklair and Bryce McCullough were exceptional. There was no pressure, they
were professional, honest, and knowledgeable, and made our car purchase a smooth and pleasant
experience. The vehicle was clean and ready for us when we arrived and the specs on the listing we're
totally accurate. The deal that offered us was very fair and they took as much time with us as needed to
make our buying decision. They also called us several days after the sale to see if we were happy with
the vehicle and if we had any questions. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and my dealings
with Mercedes Benz Vans Center-Baker of Summerville SC was by far my best car buying experience
ever.
