Had an appointment to look at a car with Dylan at 10:00am . when I arrived he then stated oh the Lexus yeah it sold yesterday. so you don’t contact the customer? He then stated yeah Lexus is around the corner maybe they have one not how can I make this right or let me show you more vehicles that we have to offer or that you can take a look at very disappointed poor customer service
The online team was very quick to respond and maintain consistent communication. The problem I ran into was the on site experience once I finally decided to go look at the car. I texted the representative and did not get a response but I went to the dealer, ready to buy though not giving the indication that I was, and no one seemed to want to help me. Other than the lady at the desk I was not acknowledged by other salespeople and honestly by this point I was ready to leave. While test driving the vehicle the salesperson was not able to answer any specific questions I had about the car which I thought was counterproductive to what his duties are as a car salesman. Nevertheless the car was in great condition very beautiful car. Great price. The listing was accurate.

I had been dealing with Joe, one of the dealerships
managers. He was very professional; however, he
was not willing to sell me the vehicle despite my
offer that was $1,500 dollars over high book value. I
was disappointed, because I certainly would have
made the purchase. It doesn't make sense to me
for a Mercedes Benz store to insist on an over
inflated price on a vehicle that isn't consistent with
their brand. My offer was more than generous,
having said that, Joe was a professional that was
handcuffed apparently by a director that was not
willing to accommodate the sale.

The salesman was insulting. He kept telling me what he would do and what he thought. He never once listened to what I wanted. Kept telling me that he knew more than me because it was his job and he was older than me. Terrible experience.

Very kind. Way overpriced
Very nice gentle man, Joe DiLoveto. Called me the next
business day. Gave me a lot of information and
assistance because I live in Miami and could not fly out
to Texas. Only thing was the car was a bit out of my
price range due to the miles and there was no way I was
going to get it where I wanted-so did not want to waste
anyone's time. Great customer servce.
They don't actually have the car listed available but told me some one had just bought it that morning however the listing is still up. I think it's a spam to get people to contact them.

Not very responsive or commerical and quite rude in the end. I ended up buying 2 cars from the Dallas branch instead
although we couldn't finalise the deal, (due to unsuccessful price negotiation which has nothing to do with the seller rating), the communication was really impressive and my inquiries were answered and cleared immediately even during the weekends.
in addition to the active follow up which makes you feel that you are a special customer.
