I called to see if the Chevy Traverse was still available and I was greeted very nicely over the phone by Yulitza. Right away she booked an appointment for 12:30pm to see the SUV. Once me and my husband arrived, Joseph walked out and welcomed us to the dealership. He had so much knowledge about the SUV that we purchased. Every question I had he answered, he was very patient with us when it came down to the purchase. Overall we are very satisfied with our new SUV, our experience with Joseph at AR Motors was superb. Highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
I wanted to wait to write a review to see how my experience would be , and I have to say this was te absolute best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Being a mom of 2 toddlers it’s hard to go places but Joseph bought my kids happy meals when they got hungry after being there an hour and I left satisfied with my dream mom car!
I had a great experience at Merced AR! I actually traveled all the way from Visalia to purchase my vehicle here, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Joseph was my salesman and he was amazing to work with. He was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole team was professional and the process was smooth. * Communication. - I inquired about a 2022
Volkswagen Atlas in the evening and had a call
back by 10 am the next morning.
* Listing accuracy. - The dealership does not
work with Carfax, but has another site they
use. The particular vehicle I was looking at was
bought from auction and sitting on the lot for
over 100 days. The salesperson stated the
dealership does not have to worry about how
long they sit on the lot because they own their
vehicles.
* On-site experience.-Did not get to visit on-
site as dealership due to customer service.
* Customer service. -The staff would not
provide an Out the door price. The salesperson
was unprofessional with refusing to answer
multiple questions about the vehicle.
* Overall impression. With how the salesperson
was speaking I would not recommend this
dealer. My experience from writing the
previous review is having to correct due to
defensive of my experience.

I told them what I was looking for and they didnt try to low ball me or work me over. They gave me what I wanted. Very helpful and professional. I would definitely reccomend them to others.

I spent two days negotiating with this dealer regarding a Jeep Wrangler I was very interested in. The salesperson was responsive at first, even sent me a video of the car, and confirmed the price listed on the website, stating that it was firm and non-negotiable, with an additional 10% in fees. I agreed to these terms and informed the dealer that I was ready to fly in and make the purchase, offering a substantial down payment of around 65%.
However, after that message, the communication suddenly stopped for several hours. Then I was told the car was “pending sale” with another customer. This felt very disappointing and suspicious, especially after we had been actively negotiating.
A few hours later, I noticed the price of the same vehicle was increased by $3,000 and the car was still listed for sale — now at a higher price.
While I’m truly disappointed I couldn’t buy the car I liked, I’m also relieved I didn’t complete a deal with a seller who handled the situation this way.

Salesman was very quick to contact me during the application process but once he found out that I would not be approved he stopped responding. I had to reach out to him on the phone number he provided but his assistant was the one to respond on a different phone number. So had I not inquired about the status, the salesperson would have never contacted me.

Was advised the dealer would only entertain in -person sales consultation.

This place is rude and will try to scam you please do not support this dealership I was a local and was planing to go support them but I guess I wasn’t welcome gonna let my family and friends know not to go here and social media know. I Went to test drive a used car but sales manager was really rude to me and my wife after asking for out the door price. He said that I had to run my credit before even giving me an out the door price. I told him that I’m not gonna let him run my credit until I know what the out the door price is first. After arguing with him he finally said whatever the car is priced at will be 16713x11% and plus I have to buy the eco green something for 1500 and it mandatory or he won’t sale me the car. I was at 4 dealership before him and they were only gonna charge me tax from my zip code. Scam scam scam scam alert. Me and my wife took off after he was getting to rude and disrespectful
Joseph was extremely helpful! He knew exactly wha to wanted to get into and made the whole experience hassle free and enjoyable! Highly suggest visiting this Dealership to work with him!

Nice people, sales team was good, but couldn't get the deal done even though I wanted to and was approved. I imagine they are a good
dealership, but my experience was frustrating. There was a way to do the deal but they (dealer) had no interest in working working to solve
some small logistical issues that could have easily been sold. But they were professional, responsive and pleasant I was just very
disappointed it didn't get done when it should have.
Came in looking at a couple of different Scion FRS's. Mike and Joseph both helped me out, and Joseph was nice enough to let me take each car on very lengthy, detailed test drives. I let him know what kind of budget and he worked with me and got it done, even offered to deliver to my house which is two hours away. When I came in to make the deal everything was straightforward and as expected and the car was prepped for me right outside, and they made a couple of minor adjustments to it that I was looking for. Excellent service, highly recommend reaching out to Joseph or Mike!

Horrible experience. Employers didn’t care about the customers. They only bragged about how much money they made. Interest rates were very high don’t recommend this dealership!

I loved my experience here, they were very helpful and understanding to all of mine and my family’s needs. We went to check out the car with our children which was very annoying as difficult as it was raining, but they were very patient and understanding with us and what we were able to afford we were able to leave with his vehicle, and I’m very pleased with my services with Joseph.
This was the most overpriced vehicle I looked at; it had been in their inventory for 7 months; I pointed out some concerns with the car about some repairs needed, and they would not address any repairs or discounts. I will never buy from this company!

All of our vehicles go through a intense inspection not only internally how ever we also send them to several outside shops as well. There are rare exceptions like the Hummer Truck they are so rare on the market it takes a special buyer so we have had it for awhile. How ever if there are any repairs needed we would definitely listen and address it.

Salesman, Amee (?), was very frienlly and helpful. Unfortunately for the salesman, I did not purchase the vehicle; it
was not quite what I was looking for.
The price of the car is more expensive when you get there, I drove from Fresno to Merced. They said the inventory don’t match the car I was looking at was sold already, but it was the same car with the same flaws, as the one posted on here. Sad!

The dealer got me the car I wanted so it was good, no back and forward pencils they took there time to come back with the best deal they had. but I contacted them because the recirculate on ac don't stay on and was never contacted back after monir said he was going to talk to his manager.

They were not able to get me the car for anywhere near the estimator
online, but I ended up going with another model they had on their lot. They
did find me something when everyone else said no. So I'm very happy.
Everything was awesome except the customer service. I kinda felt like he
was out of his element or he was new. But he told me he had been selling
cars for 11 years. Maybe I caught him on an off day, i dunno. Overall, im
happy.

Hello Nathan, when you use the estimator online you are controlling the info such as interest rate and term. With your credit the rate you put in the estimator was inaccurate. Yes we were not able to put you in the Mustang you first inquired on but we were still able to find a Mustang that worked for your credit and job length.
